Idealworld Avis 

Ordered some plants. The way they were packaged caused one pit to be bent and broken. Contacted IW for replacement and they asked for proof. Sent pictures 4 times and they keep saying can’t open them, so their hard/software is now my problem as they won’t do anything till they get pics which I keep sending. Realise the company they use is Garden Bargains. Had problems with them before, so won’t be using either company again, IW just lost a good customer for the sake of 15 quid. Well done

I bought a faulty item from them so escalated it through PayPal. They said to return it for a refund, so I did and they sent confirmation that I was getting a refund. They did this to make the PayPal case close and never sent me my refund, so effectively stole my money

Worst customer service ever and they use Evri as a courier constantly told wait so many more days looks like my item is lost or whatever because evri have had it over a week and not updated to ideal world saying I have to wait another 2 days it's already been 10 and no delivery never ordering again wish I'd read reviews before ordering

Ordered from Idealworld in April, received despatch confirmation and a follow up email from Evri dated 2nd May advising package had arrived in depot and awaiting courier despatch, waited a few days no movement still awaiting Evri delivery, contacted Idealworld to query delivery delay, who replied on the 8th May confirming still in Evri depot awaiting courier delivery.
Surprise surprise received an email from Idealworld confirming delivery on 2nd. May!!!! Timeline impossible!!!!!
According to Evri tracker it was delivered to me on the 2nd!!!! A bunch of scammers, now I have to fill in a form for Idealworld to investigate.
Ideal world charge enough for delivery to appoint a reputable delivery company

Beware. After making a purchase from IW I was contacted by a 'Lifestyle' company - suggesting in the phone call they were IW (as thanked me for my purchase) who have now scammed me out of £105 from my bank account. IW must have given this 3rd party my bank details (because I certainly didn't) which is Data Protection Fraud. I will NEVER shop with IW again. Disgusted by these underhand tactics.

Never refund the returnable. They always find excuse not to refund.
The products are in poor condition

Shocking Customer service 😡 bought a watch a week ago and it's still not dispatched 😡 Contacted Customer services they said it will be another 2 till 3 days before its dispatched 😡 was fuming and asked to cancel my order due to the fact that not even ready for dispatch. She said i can't cancel it 😡 but wait 7 to 10 days for it to arrive and then i can return it. 😡😡😡😡 Never again will i purchase from Idealworld 😡😡😡😡😡

I purchased a rug doctor cleaner , it got damaged in transportation, so I never received the item ! Ideal world would not receive me another , told me they had none in stock even though I could pay it again on eBay or idealworld on the day we had this conversation !!!And they said they couldn’t reserve me another either . They would not replace it until it had been sent back to the warehouse by Evri . After over two weeks and lots of correspondence, I eventually got a refund , 2 payments had been taken out for fleixpay , dispute me never having the item . Customer service were a waste of time. Dodgy company !

Had a Tower Air fryer with some issues. Totally fobbed me off, pretended they had no record of my order only a few months previously. Messed me about incessantly. Totally unsatisfactory and will never even think about buying anything from them again. Beware.

Bought some Oleander standard evergreen trees fro the Garden Bargains show a few years ago paid 59.98 plus p+p. They have died despite looking after them. Had to look up my order number etc for Ideal world. They sent a memo saying sorry and they referred me to the garden centre (CB gardens) they have a lifetime guarantee but have only offered me £16 towards a plant when I spent £60 pounds. Won’t be buying anything else.

Why is it ideal world has bumped up the delivery cost . And now want you to order £75 worth to get free delivery . Won't be ordering any more so lost my custom

Rang IW miriem 15.2.23 spoke tuf.collection 17.2.23 collected 17.2.23. M +af. Af. refunded within few days. Mat. Heard nothing. Rang IW 4.3.23 gemima, mat. Not back with Iw. She will check tuf. Ring me 2/3 days. Heard nothing. Spoke IW. Casie.tuf. cld not find Mat. Since spoken Casie many times + other agents. Informed IW of all details of person who took Mat +af. Basically every detail I could remember. Rang last week. Spoke gent. Was going to escalate comp.aint hdoffice. Casie Rang 4.4.23 tuf. Still say cannot find in warehouse
Am owed about £370, have encountered phones put down, lost count of agents spoke too, yes will call back, will ring tuf. Been in tears due to frustration cannot get monies refunded, how can 1 item b returned, refund given but cannot refund me until mat. In IW warehouse and not lost in tuf. Warehouse. Tuf. No speak with me as due data protection. Will only converse IW. NO BUY FROM IW NO MORE AS THEIR HEAD OFFICE DOES NOT WISH TO HELP LOYAL CUSTOMERS, THEY FORGET THAT WITHOUT OUR CUSTOM THEIR BUSINESS WILL FOLD. Thank u agents who actually did help/still trying to get help for me from THEIR OWN HEAD OFFICE. MEANWHILE I AM WAITING NOT ONLY AN APOLOGY FROM IW BUT MONIES THAT WAS PAID IN FULL AND IN GOOD FAITH. Listening to Peter Simon selling Swann and Edgar watches ive never heard such a lot of rubbish spouted about Chinese made watches .

Ordered item which was 5 pack of rose’s for the garden item arrived with 1 missing roses were identified by letters A to D showed on invoice that there was just a b c d no e also on plants had coloured tags which showed 4 different colours sent image of invoice and of plants who ever looked at images could not recognise that there was only 4, totally useless customer service or perhaps this is their policy of the customer service team to not issue a refund for item which was not as described. I hope this review helps other people

Ordered the Airfryer thats on Sale right NOW on 18/3/23 and On sale for £159.
My Airfryer arrived yesterday evening and I've not even unpacked it yet and I see its its on sale today for £20 LESS than I paid.
Contacted Ideal World Customer "Services" straight away (is that what they call it) and was told that it was only for todays customers.....and basically that's the way it is.....
Ideal World can offer a £20 reduction for todays buyers that I cant claim for the difference even though I've owned it for less than 24 hours.. Disgusting..
If I want to I can send the item back (and pay the postage) and when the return is processed I can then re-order the item again but the price may have gone up again....
Ideal World , shame on you.. Blatant profiteering.

Brought a cordless hoover after watching it being advertised, only having it 45 days, it's now faulty, rang customer Service they don't refund, and willing to keep us hanging for over 2 weeks without a new hoover replacement, guy speaking on the phone gave a couldn't care less attitude like yeah happy to get your money but not happy to sort out our faulty products

In particular I want to say about the drone. They say it sell out so people buy it quick. But then again they have them the next day saying the same thing. And the bid tv presenters They just go on and on.

They have phoned me twice to let me have a so called free gift - please be aware if you accept this they will automatically charge you £84 per annum to keep this discount code so called free gift - this is dishonest after sales selling and should be illegal
