⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Service – Highly Recommend!

After searching for over a year for a sofa that met all of our requirements, we finally found exactly what we were looking for at Ider Furniture. They were the only company we came across that could accommodate every detail we wanted, from the fabric and wood type to removing decorative stitching and customising the design to our exact taste. Not only is it exactly what we were looking for aesthetically, but it is also incredibly comfortable, which was surprisingly hard to find before we discovered Ider Furniture.

A huge thank you to Kamil, who provided the best customer service we have ever experienced. He spent over two hours with us in the showroom while we made our decision, answering every question with patience and expertise. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and transparent throughout the entire process, keeping us updated on manufacturing progress and delivery times every step of the way.

The sofa arrived exactly when promised and exceeded our expectations. The quality is outstanding, and it is absolutely perfect for our space.

The delivery team were equally fantastic; they were kind, professional, and efficient. They carefully brought everything into our home, assembled it for us, and cleaned up all the packaging afterwards.

From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. I have already recommended Ider Furniture to all of my friends and family and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality furniture and exceptional customer service.

I could not have asked for or hoped for a better experience, from the first day stepping into the shop to the delivery of the furniture. Kamil was so helpful, in coming to my house to measure up on numerous occasions to ensure I felt comfortable with my custom sized table. Communication was always clear, easy and no question was too much, Delivery was exactly as he said within the time frame and the furniture fitters themselves were so tidy and quick! It was just such a peaceful experience from start to finish. Will be going back for sure to finish the rest of the house!

Excellent customer service. Good range of products in their showroom. Availability of our chosen products were reasonable and delivered within the timescales quoted. Delivery staff, unpacked, assembled and removed all waste packaging, quickly and promptly.

Excellent service during sales process and after care process

I regret ever purchasing from Ider Furniture and want to warn others to avoid them at all costs.

I ordered a 3 seater sofa, extendable dining table, dining chairs, coffee table, TV wall unit, and TV base unit on September 2023. From day one, the problems began:
• The dining table arrived with damage on the edges.

• The coffee table broke after placing less than 8kg on it and all the legs collapsed, showing just how poor quality the materials are. Later, I discovered the coffee table legs were actually plastic, not wood, which I have never seen in any so called “high quality” showroom or factory.

• The TV wall unit and base unit also arrived with damage, and the parts are not even lined up properly.
• My dining chairs didn’t even arrive with the first delivery; they were delivered months later.

When I complained, it took them weeks to send someone, and even then, all they did was replace one panel while ignoring the rest of the damages. For my coffee table, they simply reattached the same broken legs! An unbelievable level of unprofessionalism.

Later, when I finally opened the extendable part of my dining table, I was shocked to see that it didn’t line up with the rest of the table at all. The extension looked completely mismatched, with one edge in a totally different colour! Another clear sign of how careless and cheap their workmanship is.
Less than two years later, I needed two armchairs to match my 3 seater sofa as well as my dining chairs. I repeatedly specified that I wanted the same fabric and shade as my dining chairs and same legs colour as my 3 seater sofa. After weeks of waiting, the armchairs arrived in a visibly different shade than my dining chairs, with the wrong colour legs which were also damaged. The backrests are poorly designed, leaning too far back and not at a proper standard.

When I asked them to at least re cover my dining chairs to match the armchairs, they refused to take responsibility. Instead, they told me they could send me fabric, but I’d have to pay someone else to fix their mistake!
On top of all this, the showroom staff particularly a representative named Kamil in their London showroom was unhelpful from the start. Despite my repeated requests for him to come and inspect the issues, he never followed through. Instead, he claimed I couldn’t get any repairs or guarantee because I had not paid a £225 balance for the order I placed in 2023. For the record: I withheld this payment because my dining chairs arrived months late and because many of the items were delivered damaged or of poor quality (with photos sent to the company as proof).

This company sells cheap, poorly made furniture, provides terrible customer service, and refuses to take any accountability. They are based in Turkey but operate showrooms abroad, tricking people into thinking they are trustworthy.

What should have been an enjoyable experience furnishing my home has turned into endless stress, wasted money, and complete disappointment.

My advice: Stay far away from this company. Their products are low quality, their service is appalling, and they simply do not care once they have your money.
