Had to return a ribbon and after I we returned it I was told there was a restocking fee. I never would have returned it had they told me that up front.

Pleasant and Patient assistance
Our school has used ID Shop for out printing needs for a while now, but I have had the pleasure of ordering with them for the past four years. They are pleasant and always willing to help. There have been a few times I have needed orders quickly and they were able to rush deliver them. They also use their knowledge and expertise to help our school pick the best printing machine for our needs. ID Shop has never tried to sell me anything I don't need and they are not pushy with emails or phone calls. Their support team is patient and understanding. They have walked me through the few issues I have had with pleasant attitudes. Overall, ID Shop is a great company to work with and have great products for their value!
