Had to return a ribbon and after I we returned it I was told there was a restocking fee. I never would have returned it had they told me that up front.

Had a great experience with IDShop
Had a great experience with IDShop, they helped with the research and planning phase for an entire ID overhaul as well as going beyond the scope of our purchase to help us setup backend Databases and some other related software they were familiar with.
Lots of vendors disappear after you cut the PO, the staff here have always been available for me to ask questions to.
