Had to return a ribbon and after I we returned it I was told there was a restocking fee. I never would have returned it had they told me that up front.

I placed my order thinking I would need to wait a month or more for my order and was relieved that I didn't need to experience that headache of having to follow-up on my order constantly.

Called in because the camera was not…
Called in because the camera was not cooperating, Representative was very courteous and helpful, took her time to guide me through the process.
The camera was defective and immediately, I was transferred to customer service who placed an order for a camera replacement.
I highly recommend the services of idshop!
