Had to return a ribbon and after I we returned it I was told there was a restocking fee. I never would have returned it had they told me that up front.

Utterly awful to deal with
Utterly awful to deal with. Just dropped out of project due to amazingly unrealistic reasons that you would not believe. It’s a shame because they initially were helpful. Have found so many more reasonable and better outfits that do the same thing.
