Had to return a ribbon and after I we returned it I was told there was a restocking fee. I never would have returned it had they told me that up front.

Great Experience
I had a wonderful experience with IDShop.com. The people were very friendly. My co-work contact them and got a quote for the items that were needed and when we saw the money amount they were very helpful with adjusting the amount without adjusting the cost per item. I will defiantly recommend them to others in the company around the states for future purchases.
