I ordered subscription by accident

I ordered subscription by accident. Spent a long time trying to figure out how to get refunded. Decided to call the customer service number listed.Within minutes the woman who answered was able to help. She was very attentive to my needs and very polite. Great customer service skills.

Id Strong was worth its salt and the customer service people were excellent

The customer service people did respond to my question when I did not know what to do to access some information and stayed with me on the phone to help me resolve my problem All of the information I received was very helpful from the customer service person and it allowed me to access information that I needed to look up on their website
