Lack of Customer Service and Poor Billing Practices

As mentioned by other reviewers, the biggest problem this company has is their lack of customer service and shady billing practices.

I contacted support 3 times and received NO response in over 5 days. When attempting to cancel subscription I realized that you are not able to do it from your end but have to contact support for cancellation.

I deal with hundreds of SaaS and it is industry standard to allow users to cancel subscription. Their UI/UX is good so it seems that they do not allow user cancellation on purpose to allow time for subscription charges to happen.

I have video proof of what I'm saying. I would not recommend this company at all!

However, this is full of false information, our cancellation process is fully automatic and Chat (Intercom) interface is being opened only for feedback purposes. We have cancelled your cancellation as you asked for it. You clearly stated that "do not cancel". We see no reason posting a review like this.

They don't work Monday - Friday

Don't expect support to come online for days. I mean days. It seems that after google has made their change for the ability for these programs to check your rankings - Patricia and her team - decide to not come online for days because they don't think people need help Monday - Friday and seem to only work weekends, i've been with them for 4 years. Horrible experience, horrible customer service. Dispute the charges on your credit card is a MUST with these guys. Look how quickly the third world country staff will come online during the week now and respond to the review

Worst subscription experience I’ve ever had

Zutrix has one of the most frustrating and unethical subscription systems I’ve ever encountered.

Once you subscribe, you cannot properly cancel your plan, even though there is a “Cancel Subscription” option shown inside the account dashboard. The cancel function is deliberately hidden at the very bottom of the page and does not work at all.

On top of that:
- The live chat support pop-up never opens, so you can’t talk to anyone in real time
- You cannot remove your payment method
- You cannot delete your account
- The only way to contact them is via email, and you are forced to wait for their response while charges can continue

This feels like a deliberate design to trap users into ongoing payments, rather than a technical issue. Basic account controls that should be standard in any SaaS product are either broken or intentionally disabled.

I’ve used hundreds of online services, including many SaaS tools, and this is by far the worst user experience I’ve ever had when it comes to billing transparency and customer control.

I would strongly advise anyone to stay away unless you’re prepared to fight via email just to stop being charged.

Cancel button is right under the billing page, and its opening an auto-cancel intercom chat. It only asking feedback and the cancellation is being made automatically in the background. I'm sorry it felt like that. I don't know why chat not opened for you, it maybe a javascript or that kind of issue related with browser, etc.

You can always remove your payment methods directly from Stripe by clicking Manage Payment right under Billing.

We'd like to fix this bad experience, please reach us out.

This site is a fraud

I am a small business owner and I was looking for seo services. I accidently purchase wrong package from Zutrix. Immediately contacted customer service but they didn't want to refund me. So I cancel my subscription. Customer service told me that my membership been cancelled and they will not charge me again. 2 months later I realized they still drawing money from my credit card. They either don't know what they doing or its a fraud setup.
