App has been halted

it would appear that this app has been abandoned. Support takes days - sometimes weeks to respond. It looks as though they have built it up and are not investing any more time in it - look elsewhere, don't buy something that they have halted customer service and development on

Faulty System [Might be Scam]

Update 3 -

I submitted my latest conversation screenshot with Bank to the Trustpilot team and all the payment details. I didn't get my payment back yet.

So my review is not fake. Trust Pilot verified it based on all the documentation. I have all the proof against my claim.

Update 2 -

So they set up an account I can use for one month. Their given ID password never worked, and I tried to reset the password. It didn't work yet. And yet today, after 34 days, I didn't receive my money. I changed the review to 1 star. I am unsure if they are willing to help me or want me to change the review. But I am done with it.

Update 1 -

Anyone can read the old history below. Zutrix contacted me and confirmed that the transaction was a technical fault. I am still waiting to hear back from my Bank. I appreciate that they also offered their free pro version for one month.

This review is not about the tool; I still didn't use it. But it shows that they care about the customer and are willing to take necessary steps to clarify it.

I wish I could provide minus one star because it's a scam.

I took a trial on 25th April. But they never provided the account details. I tried to contact the support using their chatbox, but it's nothing. It's just a showpiece.

I submitted a dispute with my Bank, but they said I had to wait 15 days. Today, they charged back $28 as monthly fees though I can never log in to the website. As I can't log in, I can't cancel the subscription. I am going to reach out to my Bank again for it.

Those claims are completely false as we talked with this person through email. As he confirmed; he never initiated a payment through our systems therefore no payment can be detected. He confirmed that the issue is related with his bank and no money ever taken. So there is no money to dispute either.

Nevertheless, we offered him a Pro package free for a month. Even there is no issue from our side, he insisted not to review this review. This is not a genuine experience review, a report with screenshots of our conversations sent to TrustPilot Team for further review.

Terrible service - no suport.

I did bought a paid membership few 3 days ago and did not recieved anything from them. No access, no answers. Support is offline since i write first message.

Terrible service with dead support.
