Very inaccurate volume results
"I paid and subscribed to Zutrix and immediately searched the volume of the keyword 'vücut geliştirme.' However, the result was very inaccurate. Zutrix claims its search volume is 100, which is impossible. All other keyword volume tools, including Google's Keyword Planner, suggest that its volume is between 8000 and 10,000.
So, I immediately asked for a refund and cancellation of my subscription. Well, their response was, 'Our tool is the most accurate in the industry.' And they never responded again.
I feel like I've been robbed.

We can confirm that there was a bug in our system that preventing us fetching the exact data for some specific chars in Turkish alphabet.
First of all, thanks for bringing it to our attention. Issue is now being resolved.

Great Rank Tracker but Support is Slow
Great rank tracker, but getting ahold of customer support is a nightmare. We have a billing issue, and I've sent multiple chat and helpdesk tickets and no response for 4 or 5 days.
Where are you guys? If you're not going to respond its time to look for another rank tracking platform!
Don't leave your customers hanging like that.

Sorry for being late. This is a startup company with a few people on board for support.
We are currently building a new Zutrix version and hiring new people to the team. I'm very sorry for that.
Our response time currently may vary between 1-5 days.
The tool is fully functional and we are 24/7 monitoring all the features but replies may delay.
