Fine for rank tracking but keyword research is inaccurate - also since changing to Zutrix 2.0 backlink monitoring is also not accurate and I am using free tools to get a handle on things... will be moving to a new tool!

I have been using Zutrix.com for my SEO projects for just 1 week, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. For my Bulgarian projects, the search volumes for pure Bulgarian keywords are way off, showing only 1-10 searches for every keyword, which is totally inaccurate. When I double-check with other tools, the numbers are much higher and make more sense.
The issues don't stop there. For our UK project, some keywords show search volumes in the hundreds of thousands, which is also clearly wrong. This inaccurate data is a big problem because we can't create reliable reports for our clients.
I tried reaching out to their support via live chat, but my messages were just seen with no replies. Then I sent an email, and while they did respond saying they were working on it, I never heard back with any results. I asked for a refund and I emailed them about how to proceed since their website only lets you cancel the next year's subscription, not get a refund for what you already paid. Also, there was an issue with the invoice - it did not include our Unique Identification Code (UIC). The UIC is very important and must be present on the invoice.
Because of these issues, I'm giving Zutrix.com a 1-star rating. I hope they improve their service and customer support.
UPDATE: At the moment of writing this review, we received an email stating that we have to wait for the keywords to update for a few days if they are new keywords for a specific country, but it's been 8 working days already and still no results. We have asked for a refund several times, but instead of refunding us, they keep telling us to wait 1-3 days from the moment we added the keywords (and as I mentioned, it's been 8 days already with no results). I do not recommend Zutrix.com at all.

We have been using Zutrix in our company for more than 1 year and we are very satisfied. We definitely appreciate the clarity of the data, you can see the positions immediately and navigate easily. Another benefit is the price, which is among the cheapest. The only thing I find not 100% is missing display of more than 25 positions per page, otherwise this system is one of the best and I fully recommend it
