This company is a scam. Definitely agree with other peoples’ reviews about the bait n switch. My husband paid $109.99 plus another $74.98 (upgrade & warranty). Then discovered they took out two more charges for 29.99 & 39.99 for their VIP service. We disputed those charges but now we need to cancel that card bc they are trying to charge us again. Called customer service & got nowhere.

Total scam of a company. Careful on the bait and switch with new vs old and then they sign you up for a VIP service that you get billed for. Sad and Id stay away!

I got the iFade version 1.0 and when I saw that is not the version I wanted I asked the customer care team to see if they can upgrade me to Version 2.0. They said they will upgrade me to 2.0. But I received the 1.0 and when I said I would like to return it they said I would have to cover shipping. The problem is shipping costs 20$+ to china so make sure you order the correct version. Version 1.0 does not fade at all; you can hardly tell the difference from a normal trimmer.

Holy cow!! I loved this for my husband and 2 sons. Their hair grows insanely fast, its crazy how much money we spend at the salon each month. Let's just say I am not the best at cutting hair, but these clippers make me look like a pro. They were so easy to use, and the battery lasted a long time as well.

They sell the ifade2.0 for $39.99, then offer the ifade4.0 for $49.99 instead at checkout. If you decide to get the ifade4.0 instead, they will charge you for both 2.0 and 4.0 models (39.99+49.99)!! As soon as I saw both transactions on my bank’s app, I reached out to ifade support requesting a cancellation and a refund, this was exactly 2 hours after buying btw. They ignored my request and “shipped” (because I never received it) the next day. I reached out again asking them to stop sending items and to process my refund. The first thing they tried to do is to tell me I’m past the 12 hour window. After I send them screenshots of my request, 2 hours after purchasing, well within the 12 hour timeframe, they ask me to ship it back to China out of my own pocket for a refund. After once again providing more evidence that their negligence led them to ship the item, they agreed to refund the items right away and to send a prepaid label so that I can return the item once it’s received. Fast forward 2 and half weeks later… No refund, no items (clippers or prepaid label), AND they decided to charge my card again 2 days ago!! These people are scammers!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

How come u show in the main page many options for the payment method included PayPal but on the checkout page only transactions with credit card

Terrible company! At first I was excited about this product. I went to their site and purchased the ifade clipper package. As soon as I did, they had a pop up stating the clippers I purchased were faulty and only worked 30% of the time and to upgrade to their ifade 2 for an additional cost. At that moment I contacted them stating I wanted a refund. Their customer service rep said she could upgraded me to the ifade 2 for free if I didn’t cancel. I told her sure, that sounds good. Well they still sent me the ifade 1. When I contacted them again regarding it that asked for me to take a photo so they could verify. They told me that was in fact the ifade 2 I was sent. Y’all, the box said ifade on it, was the ifade 1 original product and looks completely different from the ifade 2. I sent them photos from their own site and video of their ad regarding the ifade 2.

They were trying to lie and tell me I was wrong even with the proof sent to them.

I’m filling a fraud case with my financial institution.

By far the worst company I've ever dealt with. Ordered an IFADE 2.0 platinum package for $109.99. Received a mirror, scissors and beard trimmer (which didn't work) but never the hair clippers. Have emailed numerous times about this but they keep saying that I did received the clippers. If i did, would I be emailing them? NO! I'd rather just have them tell me its a scam than to say that I'm lying and that I did receive the item. DO NOT BE SCAMMED LIKE ME!!!

I was not aware of them that there is a platform which can provide best quality clippers in cheap price. Just bought their platinum offer and I am really satisfied with both delivery and fade !!!

They charged me for two clippers, only one came and they have charged me twice since then for no reason. Had to cancel card and go to the bank.

The product is good but arrived quite late and they charge you extra fees.I did ask them for a refund and they did give me one quite good

It is certainly an efficient product that meets my needs. It is also easy to purchase and shipped quickly...it is worth buying.

IFade is a Scam I got charged 3 times I had to cancel my credit card because they kept charging my card and you try to call ifade customer service and the phone number is no good it doesn't even ring... Do Not Give Them Your Info Or they will keep Charging Your Account...
