In a single diagnostic session, and after reading some letters I had written to my DA and analyzing them and my DA's responses to them (via text), Alex was able to provide clarity on my situation that gave me profound relief. I could have spent months and thousands of dollars rehashing all my questions, thoughts, self-doubts, etc. with a therapist and not received the clarity and confidence I got from one diagnostic session with Alex. In addition, post session, Alex provided me with a recording of the entire conversation and an AI-generated summary of it in addition to his own thoughtful, personalized analysis of my situation. The result? No more rumination. Mental clarity. Emotional freedom and resolve. And when and if I waver, as I sometimes do, I can go back to the recorded conversation and/or summary or diagnostic report and settle my nervous system and mind once again. Had a great experience with Alexis, Elizabeth, and another therapist from their team (I forgot her name). They told me what I needed to hear at the time. In my case, what I needed to hear was that it was better to break up with my ex, since I always fell for women that took advantage of me.

I also enrolled in their group program "Love yourself first", which was a great experience. Elizabeth coached most of these sessions, and these sessions gave me a lot of new insights that I needed at the time to love myself more and be ready for a healthy relationship. Also loved the interaction in these group sessions.

Alexis is great. We have been doing whatsapp coaching over a month and still more to go. He helped me deal with my anxiety post breakup, and we established a game plan in reconciling with my ex. He is very responsive and really understanding of the situation I’ve been in. Every single advice was spot on and so far my reconciliation with my avoidant ex is going in the right direction.
