The coaching is great. The knowledge i gained about myself, relationships, and breakups was enormous. The advice on how to proceed daily was helpful... what to do and what not to do again. The insight into what my ex is most likely thinking. Sometimes there's nothing to do... just be patient and wait. The only thing is I haven't gotten my ex back, but I'm not sure that its Alexis's fault... and who knows maybe my story with my ex isn't over just yet. Me being in Central time zone and Alexis in London time is sometimes a challenge.

I’ve received solid advice. It’s been months of back and forth and it’s been extremely helpful to bounce ideas and thoughts off of Alexis to see what the right responses and reactions should be. His advice has helped me be patient with the process and let it unfold organically. Things are headed in the right direction for sure.

The honest, transparent explanations help me the most. It’s not sugar coated. Though my ex and I are not back together, we have plans to meet a second time now and I have learned how to navigate the situation gracefully to give me the best chance of us getting back together. Great insight into how the break-up process works, does make you more confident watching the videos. Just a shame a lot of people like myself can’t afford to get further help because I truly believe it would save so many relationships!

Very insightful advice. I would have walked from a perfectly good relationship because i didn't understand attachment styles and would not have worked out that the breakup was not because of me. I am in a happier (and more secure) place directly because of the advice and understanding i got

Listening to your advice helps me calm myself and is realistic

Alex gave me a free consultation and told me that my situation needed to change a bit, in order for his advice to be relevant. He didn’t take my money! If my situation does change, I will go to him 100%, as he is such a trustworthy person who seems to genuinely care about his clients and adding value to their lives.

Alexis gives honest, well researched and well presented advice that really does help you "steady the ship" when you're in the worst place imaginable.

I've watched the videos of pretty well every major counsellor in the relationship recovery field and this guy is easily head and shoulders above the rest. Incredibly engaging videos that explain both the psychology and also provide really practical guidance. I spoke with Alexis on his free 15 minute intro session and he was excellent - focussed, frank and helpful. No heavy sales pitch. The advice I got from that and his videos set me up perfectly to re-engage my ex and start seeing her again. Couldn't recommend him more highly.
