Excellent communication from start to finish. The process was easy, ordered online, complete and free delivery with in 4 days. As a 68yr old woman I was hesitant on assembly, ha! In 2.5 hours it was unboxed, put together and ready to sit on...4 piece sectional plus chair! The Pumpkin orange color is rich and soft, the quality, well, first look at the price you paid, the quality is what I expected. It sits a little lower to the ground, but I like that. Its comfy, the cushions are large and give the sofa a oversized look. I'm very happy overall. It met my expectations. A week after purchase I received a follow up message from the company asking for feedback, so here it is....hope this review helps you make a decision

My 4 seater with two ottomans came swiftly. Also a lot of the reviews said the boxes would come separately but mine came all at once. My friends helped me put it together in under an hour and I’m in love with it. Super comfortable, the material is soft. The cushions have firmness to it once they expand. The color is BEAUTIFUL and all the fur babies love it too. I’m highly satisfied with my couch and have been raving about it to everyone I know.

I had been looking at all kinds of sofas from all kinds of companies for about six months. I chose Ihanherry because of the price for the size sofa I purchased, the return policy, and reading through other people‘s experiences with purchasing and returning. I was impressed with how quickly we received our sofas. How easy they were to put together. As lightweight as they seemed putting together, they were very high-quality and very strong. And now we’ve had them for about six months and I absolutely love them. The cushions are firm yet very comfortable. The back cushions are very easy to unzip and re-form. My other concern when purchasing is that I wanted a white couch, but I have seven grandkids. I 100% love the fact that you can very easily pull these covers off and wash them. At this point, I have no complaints at all or even concerns.

After researching modular sectional furniture, I decided to go with IHanherry! So glad I did! I took a chance and gave this company a try! The sectional arrived very quickly! I ordered on a Tuesday and it arrived 3 days later! Each piece was boxed carefully and it was easy to use box and assemble! The sectional is well constructed. The material is soft, a beautiful color, and so far is holding up great! I like the fact that I can take the covers off and they are machine washable! I believe this furniture will serve my family for years to come! Glad I took a chance to order from IHanherry

BEWARE: Ordered it, two pieces came. They said they delivered all. I even met FedEx for the delivery. He said he only had one box. Order says 5 boxes. I noticed a second one on the truck and he took that off. Went through the entire truck and no other boxes. Then when he leaves I get a notice from ihanherry that me order was delivered. I tried to contact the company, but the number is in china and no one answers. The contact form is a simple email form with no response. 1k dollars wasted. Beware

This company is awful to deal with, poor customer service. They do not stand by their products, had for 30 days and asked to return it, ignored my email many times. When I finally heard back they said they would refund me $30 instead of me returning my product. I sent a screenshot directly from their site stating their return policy and said I wanted to return and get a refund they ignored me and wouldnt even refund the $30. This company is a scam. Do not buy from them.

BEWARE!This Chinese company scams you with a 365 night trial that is not real. I purchased a 150$ mattress topper that is said to have satisfaction guarantee but when I tried to return after 30 days they said it has to be unused but offered me a 40$ refund. When I said no they just keep sending me the same form letter offering a 40$ refund. Any other emails I have sent questioning this have gone unanswered.
