We ordered a beautiful patio umbrella from this company, and enjoyed it for one summer. Unfortunately it somehow got damaged while in storage over the Winter. Since we had it less than a year, I contacted the company and asked if it would be possible to get a free replacement, and they sent me one!
Made an online purchase Monday night…
Made an online purchase Monday night but later discovered the chairs might required additional maintenance. First thing the next morning I attempted to call customer service to cancel order and replace it for a lower maintenance chair set. Well, I started calling at 8:00AM EST and continued calling over 35 times throughout the day but never got a pickup and could not leave a message as their mail box was full. I then messaged them 3 times through their messages system and 3 more time by email without a response. Later that day I received 5 FedEx delivery notifications from them so the order shipped even though I wanted it cancelled. Their service department is nonexistent and a joke. Even worse, if you attempt to leave a negative comment on their site it’s reviewed and censored do only positive reviews are displayed. Don’t believe me, try contacting BEFORE making a purchase.

2 Patio Chairs
The chairs were delivered in a timely manner. The chairs were extremely easy to assemble. The chairs are beautiful, we are looking forward to using them. Customer service was very helpful and professional in obtaining a Black Cap for the seat and back rest of the chairs.
Poor Quality and Terrible Customer Service
I ordered the Mirage 9-piece patio dining set from PHI VILLA for approximately $1,360, and I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service response.
The set arrived with multiple issues: visible dents and damage, incorrect/excessive drill holes, and defective pieces. Overall, the quality is far below what I expected for the price.
I assembled the furniture carefully on a carpeted surface, and the shipping boxes did not show significant damage that would have alerted me to stop and initiate a return before discovering the issues. By the time the defects became clear, the set was already largely assembled, making disassembly and repackaging a major burden.
I contacted customer service with photos and a detailed explanation. Responses have been slow, often taking a full day, and instead of resolving the issue, they offered a replacement parts and offered a $100 coupon. I have made it clear that I do not want replacement parts or a coupon because the entire set is poor quality, defective, and not acceptable.
At this point, I have requested either a full refund with permission to dispose of the defective set or a prepaid return for all five boxes with no return shipping, restocking, or repackaging fees. So far, PHI VILLA has not provided an acceptable resolution.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company unless you are prepared to deal with defective items, slow communication, and difficulty getting a fair resolution.

Had a problem with some rust on our
Chairs that had only been used outside for 5 months. Customer service was a 10+. We even bought two more to match the ones we had as they were very well built comfortable chairs!

I figure it’s in China (I don’t know) so when I bought a patio and table set on Amazon and discovered I was missing the bolt hardware and two chair backs were slightly dented, I figured it would be a long difficult process to get satisfaction. I contacted the seller and they promptly refunded me the cost of replacement hardware I bought on my own. When I then realized two chairs were slightly dented and sent photo's, they quickly replied and offered to send two replacement chairs. They arrived several days later. Customer service was awesome. And the patio set it beautiful too.

Chairs start rusting and oxidizing in less than a year
I would strongly caution anyone considering Phi Villa based on my experience.
I purchased a 9-piece patio dining set in April 2025. Within less than one year, multiple chairs developed widespread rust and visible breakdown of the protective coating — despite being kept in a covered, screened gazebo and not exposed to direct rain or snow.
This is not consistent with normal wear. It appears to be a premature failure of the finish across multiple pieces.
When I contacted Phi Villa, the response was concerning:
* They did not dispute the condition or offer to inspect or repair the product
* They advised me to remove the rust and repaint it myself
* They refused warranty coverage solely because I was approximately 10 days past the 1-year warranty period
* They offered a discounted replacement instead of standing behind the product
At no point did they meaningfully address the underlying issue — only the timing of the request.
From a consumer perspective, this raises a serious concern: if a product fails prematurely but just outside the warranty window, there appears to be no support, no evaluation of defect, and no accountability for product durability.
I have since had to pursue this through my credit card’s extended warranty and formal complaint channels due to the lack of resolution.
Buyers should be aware that:
* Early product failure may not be addressed
* Warranty support appears strictly time-based rather than condition-based
* You may be responsible for repair or replacement even in cases of premature deterioration
I hope the company reconsiders how it handles situations like this, as it does not reflect well on product quality or customer support.

The product was exactly as advertised.
There was a very small scratch on the table top which the company offered to replace with no cost to us.

I had a terrible experience with this company. The package was delivered quickly, however, it was missing the back support of the sofa. The customer service agent offered to ship the part but it would take 6-8 weeks. I requested a full refund. Multiple customer service agent made different offers such as $100 coupon to use in their store and a $50 refund. Still not address the missing part of the sofa. Also, one customer service agent wanted me to pay $168 via paypayl to deliver the missing piece. The sofa was very small like it was made for a tiny house. Also, they asked me to return the sofa using the same box it was delivered in. However, since the cushions were vacuum packed it would not fit. I had to go back and forth and advised that I would escalate this to get my money back. I finally had to get boxes to ship the order back. I will never use this company again.

I ordered a four seater outdoor sofa and table. I received my order it’s missing apart therefore I can’t even put it together and no one has responded to my emails or my phone calls. This company is a scam. It is horrible and they need to stop it from advertising. Home Depot sells these products and they need to stop. It is a horrible company.
While the furniture is nice
While the furniture is nice, the directions to assemble (the chairs for an outdoor dining set) are condensed into four intense steps that were very difficult to follow. Additionally, the holes sometimes were not “constructed properly” for the screws to fit in. It was just an overall pain in the ass to assemble. I’m not an idiot in following directions nor putting furniture together, but it took about an hour a chair to put together, which I think is insane.
We ordered a big carport for our RV
We ordered a big carport for our RV, but there was a glitch in delivery. PhiVilla was on top of the order all the way. They kept in touch and rescheduled the delivery - all with an amazing turnaround time. We are very impressed e with their customer service! Thank you Phi Villa!!

Absolutely terrible customer service…
Absolutely terrible customer service from PHI VILLA. It has been over a month since ordering and the furniture is still missing parts and hardware, making it unusable. They do not return phone calls, and the only responses come through email in the middle of the night with no real resolution. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Save yourself the frustration and DO NOT PURCHASE from this company.
Patio set already rusting…
Bought a patio set just over 1 year ago and the paint is already peeling and the metal rusting. It is underneath a covered patio and may only get wet during hard wind and rain. Reached out to customer service and they would not stand behind their product even after providing pictures.

I'm giving a 4 star rating and not 5 star because the first table shipped to me was defective. The defect was bad enough that this should have been found during quality control. The table was defective due to the manufacturing process, not because the table was damage during shipping. I had to go through the process of reporting the defective to the company. To the companies credit, they responded to my email fast over a weekend, impressive. The company shipped out a new table on the following Monday which I received a few days later. The new replacement table assembled just fine and is wonderful. The company did a great job of responding to my issue.
Quick Response and Issue Resolution
It was frustrating that we received two pieces of our outdoor couch that were unusable but we were very satisfied with the quick response time and remedy provided by the team.
