I bought a patio furniture set that had some missing items I contacted the team and the communication was very professional and prompt with the delivery time. Thank you for your help and support.

I had issues with my grill. They were kind enough to send me new parts so I could get it going. Great customer service! They also sent videos to help me along.

My garden umbrella arrived with 2 small pin holes and a tear in the fabric. I contacted the company straight away(with photos) and had a very speedy response. A replacement was sent promptly, it has arrived, fault free and we're pleased with the umbrella and service we have received. Thank you!

I ordered a 7pc set from Home Depot everything came in separate boxes through out a span of a week or two as they came I assembled everything was going great until my last shipment came no instructions or hardware I reached out to Home Depot who was absolutely no help at all they wanted me to un assemble everything put it back in the box and return it wait for a refund and re purchase. Anyways I reached out to phivillaus directly provided my order number and they sent me the hardware funny story hardware gets here still no instructions they emailed it to me come to realize I’m missing a a lot of parts I sent pictures of what I did receive and they shipped me a whole new set of chairs . The customer service was exceptional! And the product came out beautiful I’m over all satisfied with everything in the end especially the customer service team! Keep up the great job.

Unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault with one of my chairs. The speedy way in which customer service dealt with it to my satisfaction was first class.
The other chair of the pair was of really good quality and very comfortable.

They helped my with problem and sent me a replacement part. Free of charge.

We ordered a patio set and one of the back cushions was not completely sewed over the cording. I emailed and sent a picture. They responded quickly and stated they would send a new cushion cover. I received the cover a few days later!! Excellent customer service.

Easy to put together and one problem that was taken care of through customer service ASAP. Part was needed and it was shipped to us quickly. Great customer service!!

A bracket welded to the table leg which secures the inner frame has failed on first usem (I wish Trustpilot would allow photos to be uploaded to show details). I say "welded" but upon inspection it would be generous in the extreme to call it an actual weld. There is zero penetration to the metal of the table leg.
The whole thing could have collapsed and badly injured someone - especially a baby or small child if they had been close by.
Phi Villa's customer service has been appalling. They don't care about the dangerous defect and haven't commented on whether they will investigate or recall defective items.
They say they can't provide a replacement table leg as there is no stock in the UK warehouse - well maybe get one in stock!
They are hiding behind the fact that it was bought from Amazon and say I should get a refund from them (I did). But they did say "If you still like the table, you could reorder." Helpful - NOT!

What made my experience great was the customer service from the manufacturer. I’m certain they were in China but although my chairs were missing an entire hardware pack, it was sent to me quickly though tracking showed it came from China. So kudos for their making a negative situation turn positive!

I purchased this set in April of 2024. As I was very happy with it initially, after being kept consistently under cover the surface of the table became discolored by the spring of this year. I reached out to the company when I discovered the discoloration which was just outside the "1 year from purchase" window and for that reason they would not do anything to help. We were having some construction projects done (not anywhere near the table so this was not the reason for the discoloration) so we did not discover the discoloration until we were again able to use our covered porch. Now, early August of 2025, there is bubbling and portions of the table surface that are chipping off revealing rust. I did my research and checked reviews, but this is what I am left with. On the advice of the customer service from the company, I have very gently cleaned the table with mild soapy water and towels, nothing abrasive. Just want others to know what to expect unless you don't mind spending $800 for a table that does not hold up........

We ordered a table and eight chairs six chairs came with all the parts. The other two chairs came with the back of the seat missing. The box was ripped open. This was no fault of the company, but after contacting the company, it took seven weeks before I got the back and the seats, the other two chairs.
At first communication was a little sketchy here and there, but towards the end before before I got the chairs. Communication was great. We love the furniture that is very durable and very comfortable and we’ve used it a lot already.

The table and chair that I purchaed were very well packed and easy to install. The quality of the material was equally good.
In addition to the quality of the product I was totally blown away by the quality and professionality of the customer service.

I must say that we LOVE our new patio table and chairs. Upon arrival, the quality and style were even more beautiful in person. We received 4 boxes at one time and then realized that we were missing the 5th box. Contacted Phivillaus via email and received a response back on the same day. Box 5 arrived the very next day. Once table was put together we realized there were 2 small rust spots. I contacted them again and they are sending us a new table. Great customer service.

My husband purchased me a greenhouse so that I could have two doors on either end. Within a matter of months of installing it, both end door straps dry rotted and literally fell off in my hands when rolling door up. The company offered to send new straps, which I politely declined since I'm not going to sew into plastic new straps that are supposed to be sewn into a seam nor should I have to. I was then told that a new cover would be ordered and since March I have been waiting for that cover to arrive. Recently I reached out yet again asking what was the status and was told they no longer have a white cover they would gladly send a green cover to my 27 ft Greenhouse. I told them that would be acceptable and then two days later I received another email stating they don't have the cover in stock in green (yet their email stated they did)and asked if they could just go ahead and ship me an entire new Greenhouse. Scratching my head thinking you can't pull the cover out of a box? But whatever, my issue is that I need these doors up during our 100° days. They sent yet another email asking me to confirm my address which I did and then two days later I received an email stating the warehouse doesn't even have a full set in stock so they would issue me a credit and to please go to their website to pick something out. Looking at their site they no longer offer any greenhouses at all which leads me to believe that these Greenhouse covers have had more than just my issue and complaint. As an avid Gardener I do not need an expensive patio furniture set, I need a greenhouse. It's simple folks and if you can't Supply me with the greenhouse that's not going to fall apart I would like my money back. I was now told it fell outside of the 30-day replacement guarantee from @amazon Well isn't that amazing it only took 7 months for them to tell me that they don't have to replace it when they offered on numerous occasions to do so. So now they are back peddling telling me I need to pick something off their site. Which I'm not going to do, I have no use for a $500 umbrella Etc I'm a gardener I want a functional greenhouse.

Good deal on 4 seater sofa patio set that comes with corner storage box for cushions and tempered glass top coffee table. Price was reduced from $899 to $380. The issues are as follows: they do not tell you up front that you are assembling this, I would have rethought buying. Their assembly manual is done poorly, had to figure out parts. Their seat cushions are not as thick as I would have expected. I can see me replacing these depending on how long they last. I am not sure if this set will last as long as our last Pier 1 set, we will have to see. Their customer service is responsive and answers questions timely. We will have to see how long this set lasts.

The product is beyond my expectations, but the customer service is where this company really shines!
They provided me quick and friendly results.
I am glad I did business with them and look forward to buying from them again in the future.

Products are very well made. Frame on the furniture is heavy. Cushions are nice. I had a child drop a blue cupcake on a cushion and blue dye came off with just a little detergent no stain. I also received the wrong table for my conversation patio furniture and I one damaged lumber pillow with my dining set and customer service was awesome. I had replacement in less than a week.

Great costumer service. Table did come with a dent. I took a picture and sent an email to Phi Villa costumer service and a replacement table was quickly sent.
