My I order came back wrong. I asked for over easy eggs and I got scrambled, my pancakes were cold. The waiter never came back to my husband and I table to check on how our meal was; he didn't ask us if we wanted a coffee refill until after we paid our bill. It was the worse experience I've ever had at Ihop

I ate at Federal Way Boise Idaho last night. I waited about 40 minutes for my 55+ sampler. When I got it a young man who is also the cashier asked me if everything is ok. I said, "looks good, pass me the catchup?". I scarfed it down in about 5 minutes. As I was leaving the stewardess stated to me, "Sorry for the wait." When I got to the cahier, I asked the cashier Tap or Card? To which is he said "Yes." I chuckled. Then the cashier argued with me telling me, "Why are you disrespecting me when I did not disrespect you." Then, I proceeded to inform the cashier that I asked you a question of either or but you responded with a yes. I thought to myself, what a strange restaurant trying to fight a customer. And I thought further, it must be very difficult to get good help these days.

The food isn't even that good and it's expensive. The service sucks and it's not up to par like the California IHOP would be. The majority of the staff are some of the nastiest and rude. I overheard that there is a server named Sarah that actually OVERDOSED there at IHOP and they still have her working there. She's kind of short. Short hair. Glasses, crooked smile and wears a choker. I also overheard that she does intimate things in the parking lot with one of the cooks. The staff is incredibly loud in the back. You can hear just about damn near every conversation that they say. I see servers sweeping and servers are not supposed to sweep in the dining area. They even have people leave in mid shift to pick up others to work and then come back to finish their shift.
There's a manager up there named Victoria who does nothing. Absolutely nothing to help the establishment. All she talks about is what type of women she would like to sleep around with. She's an immature little girl. Does not have good manager skills. There's another manager up there kind of heavyset. All she does is scream and yell at people. She might just be the DM I don't know.

A majority of the reason why no one would see anyone upfront because if you drive around to the back, sometimes you can see employees smoking marijuana. You can smell it! So if ever you go inside and no one's there to answer, they're all outside smoking in the back or they go inside of another door that's in the back to smoke. This place is an absolute joke. Nothing but young folks-- which great good for them! But where are the adults?! Are these young adults not being adult adults? Sounds like it. Seems to be a joke!

Too bad they don't specialize in breakfast, oh they do? Bland, cold worst I've had in quite a while

This IHOP is horrible. I placed a to go order with the hostss and she thought she was going to remember the order. I asked her to write it down because my order is always wrong or incomplete when I order ihop delivery. Today was no different. They left off some of the sausage and the topping from the chicken biscuit sandwich. They also just tossed the sausage , bacon, and scrambled eggs in one container as though it was in the same order and meant to be tossed together. The restaurant was dirty and 3 employees were just sitting around doing nothing. The manager came out to see if I had been help led. He looked like he crawled out of a dumpster. I was the only customer and they took 30 minutes to make my order. Again, the order was wrong and incomplete. I hate Ohio. The only reason I order from there is because my wife likes it. I hope they go out of business.

Only go in & eat i don’t recommend door dashing cause the company says they refunded me alot but never one time have i ever used door dashing… they also denied me of talking with a manger! I tried to post a photo of the food but it wouldn’t let me! But my food was definitely burned- eggs and hash browns

I went to the IHOP @ 3495 E Baseline Rd, Gilbert, AZ on 4/27/25 at 7:20 am Saturday morning. The place was empty except for 2 tables that were already eating their breakfast. I waited at the entrance for 13 minutes to be seated even though there were at least 7 employees on duty. I could hear them in the back talking but not taking care of customers or potential customers (me). When the server finally showed up I was heading out the door and commented about the excessive wait. She smiled, mumbled something and attempted to direct me to a table. I told her that they didn't want my business and left.

This is NOT the way a successful business is run and I will not go back to this location again. As far as I'm concerned, this location should be closed or in the least evaluated.

Ms.Carol is a beautiful waitress very warm and helpful.. she made me feel very comfortable and thankful.. I want her as my waitress everytime.. Thank you..

We went to the IHOP on 176th and Canyon in Spanaway, Washington. The lady who greeted us this when we walked in was horrible. I have never ever had customer service this bad if you guys are looking for something decent go to Denny’s.

I was traveling and stopped in for a bite I don’t recall the exact location it was in florida on 64 I think but my server was great made up for the long wait . Her name was Holly very pleasant. On point with my drink refills. Maybe to friendly, I was at the end of a long trip and just wanted to eat and get home . But I did leave in a better mood . Great food great service

I haven’t been there in a while. Love it a lot. I am obsessed with chocolate milk and it hit there. Highly recommend. The food took a while to come. But it was worth it. There was a waitress named Remy who was super good. Just kidding he isn’t real. Anyway I liked the place.

My husband and I recently ate at the Ihop in Villages, FL. What a wonderful fast server and our food arrived quickly but it was all ice cold. Butter wouldn't even melt on the hashbrowns or pancakes. Part of my order never arrived. Had we not been in a time crunch we would have complained to a manager! Not sure how food can be made so quickly but still be cold!! Very disappointed!

Even though, Ms India was the hostess, waitress, cashier and bus lady, she performed her job with such a calm spirit and professionalism,,, Please believe me when I tell you that she was the ONLY staff on the floor,,, This young lady was at the "top of her game" treating each customer as if they really mattered.

Customer service is my "pet peeve" and Ms India did not break a sweat,,,I hope this review is seen by the right people because Ms India represented for IHOP!
BRAVO Ms. India 👏 👏 👏 👏 If I could, I would have given you an helping hand, but instead; I'll be back soon to show you my appreciation,,,, You definitely deserve it!

I liked to take my grandkids to I hop , but stoped going because:
False appertizizing
Kids eat free on Tuesday but with to many restrictions. Can’t use any pan cone if kids eat for free.
Can’t not use your $10 coupon for your birthday at the same time.
If you order for 55 and up kids are not free .
To much drama restrictions false appetizing to get peoples in but it’s drama anytime.
I schould be able to have the option kids eat free but should be able to use my pan coins too and my coupon.
I will go to golden coral now , less drama and there back up what there apertize if kids free or discounts or coupons.
I can use it all.
And I walk happy back out and not frustrated and upset.
Golden coral is a less stress full and I know I will not get ripped off.

My husband and I wanted to try the new Mililani IHOP, so this evening we went there and were happy that we did. I wish we caught her name but our server showed us to our table, was kind and very attentive. Our appetizers came out quickly as did our beverages. Shortly thereafter our dinner was served. It was just a very good dining experience.

iHop is now my least favorite breakfast restaurant to go to now. The service, food, and wait was terrible. The staff member at the front was rude and disrespectful to my family. The food was NOT worth the wait considering that it is a fast food restaurant. My pancakes were dry and they had an AWFUL taste. Please improve these things I am never coming back here unless they do.

So the wife and I went to our local IHOP (which we've never been) and had breakfast. Well not really, you can't truly call it a breakfast it was disgusting. From the moment we walked in we should've walked out. All the furniture was torn and patched, the floors looked like they've never been mopped, the bottom of the booth's wooden trim had food particles stuck and dried to it, the food was bland, the service was non existent and to be honest I was thinking about getting a tetanus shot after I left.

I've read my share of reviews and sometimes when you read stuff like I just wrote you're thinking "no way" that person is just over the top. Believe you me I don't write just to practice my typing skills. I truly believe that if you run into an experience like this you should share it with the general public.

I also wrote IHOP'S corporate office and you know what they said? NOTHING. Which tells me they don't care. Which is normal if they're making money from the owner of that franchise. Never again will I go to an IHOP. It's unfortunate because IHOP has been around forever and as kid I used to love that place.

Just a sidenote to IHOP if they read this. Consider changing your name to something else not related "Pancakes." My Wife and I had some and NEVER in all my years on this planet have I had a pancake separate. What do you mean by "separate?" I'm so glad you asked. As the cold pancakes came out we tried to butter them buy lifting up the stack. The first pancake on the top layer split in 1/2. I was stunned. How is that possible. Is this a magic trick where you now butter the pancakes from the inside? Do all of us a favor and stop making pancakes. You're giving the really gross ones a bad name.
