30 minute wait for a stack of pancakes? Never doing pick up again.

Sarah was my server,,very nice and really cares about people, so nice!! Glad I came here to eat after going to zoo...

Had breakfast at the IHOP in Lancaster, Ohio. My waitress' name was Amanda. It was a busy morning; Amanda was a very business but was gracious and kind to all her patrons.

we came at 10 then our food came at 7 and it was cold too and we was leaving the manger did the middle finger at me

Tylor was our server tonite and he was very attentive. The food was SO GOOD. We plan to come back again in a week or two😊

Cassie was my waitress. She was amazing from the time she sat me down to the time that she checked me out. She was very efficient and helpful. I apologized for constantly calling her for things she told me to not apologize and that its her job to assist me and Im not asking for too much.

I just have to say that I was happy with my food (Dinner)from IHOP in PT Charlotte FL.my server was Colleen and she recommended the Sirloin Steak & Eggs.Excellent!!!!

she had us waiting 1 hour and we still have no drink or food and we are starving ZERO STARS NOT GOOD SERVICE

My order was taken promptly, and then I waited an extended period of time for my order. When my order did come the food was lukewarm and my toast cold and the butter on the toast and pancakes couldn't melt due to th temperature of the food. Was not an enjoyable breakfast at all. We most likely will not return again. I remember a very different IHOP from years ago.

Wow, don't know where to start. Don't let the newness and cleanliness of this location fool you. Incompetent staff and worse managers. If there even is anyone at the register when you go in, and you are lucky enough to be seated, prepare to spend at least 15 to 20 minutes to be acknowledged and order drinks. If you're still there, your food will take an hour or more to come out regardless of how busy or slow they might be. If you stuck it out and are ready to pay, you will wait another 15 minutes at the register for someone to check you out.
If you are a door dash driver, don't let the allure of a big tip reel you in. Accepting an order here is the kiss of death. Don't try and complain to management, they simply do not care. But you get what you pay for I guess. This is for the new location in Lubbock on the Marsha Sharp.

Never go here. Staff are rude and don’t want to seat you take your order or be pleasant. They would rather stand around and talk to each other than serve customers. Food isn't worth it. We use to go here but never again.

Marlana and Shanan were very good sever and manger to ihop they were very polite and kind and the food was great.

They need to upgrade their bussines everywhere by getting R.O. water systems for all their stores. Their water, tea, coffee, all taste terrible because now days no city has chemical free or water that tastes good. Spend the money it's not that much. Also customer service not great. Went to the Ihop in Castle Rock ordered a diet Pepsi brought it to the table it was flat. No one there new how to fix it. So I had to drink the terrible tasting water. Ordered biscuits and gravy they were cold had an order of sourdough toast brought it out after I finished my eggs it was cold and no butter to be found. And being the dummy that I am. I went back the next day. Still no one has fixed the diet pepsi. Custmer service just about like the day before. I can hardly believe that a manager of one of your resturants know nothing about fixing your soda dispenser or how to adjust the mix on the Co2. Leaving everyone to drink your City's terrible water, tea, and coffee.

I want everyone to know I had the most hospitable hostess (Brie McCoy) that I have ever encountered at an IHOP establishment. She was polite, very professional, and ensured we were comfortable and not in need for anything. Her demeanor was just so pleasant that i had to come and write a review! It wasn't about her just doing her job, she was truly genuine! Thank you again Brie McCoy!

Visiting from the UK and Ashleigh made a memorable experience. Food was average but arrived on time and quantity was far more than we would usually expect .

I WAS AT THE IHOP @ 613 E AURORA RD MACEDONIA, OHIO AND IT WAS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE AND I LOVE IHOP SMH I ACTUALLY WENT TO THE IHOP AT ROCKSIDE ROAD TO FIND OUT IT WAS CLOSED AND DROVE TO THIS ONE IN MACEDONIA THATS HOW BAD I USE TO LOVE IHOP TIL 2DAY:( SO I AM A MOM OF 6 AND BROUGHT 4 OF MY KIDS THERE TODAY AND THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE WE WAITED A HOUR AND HALF FOR OUR FOOD AND THEN MY ONE OF MY DAUGHTER'S ACTUALLY WAITED HOUR AN 45 MINS AS EVERYONE IS EATING AND ALMOST DONE THEN HER FOOD COMES OUT NOW MIND U SHE HAD THE SAME THING AS HER SISTER A CHICKEN SANDWICH BUT HER SISTER GOT HERS ATE HERS AND MY DAUGHTER WAS STILL WAITING ON HER FOOD SMH I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS ONE AGAIN EVER AND THEN I GOT MY RECEIPT ONCE AND NEVER SAW IT AGAIN AS THE BILL CAME UP TO $200 NEVER EVER EVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN AS I DIDNT GET MY RECEIPTS FOR MY ORDERS OR ANYTHING JUST PLAIN TERRIBLE SERVICE TO THE FULLEST

This Memorial Day, I was a little excited. I promised my family that I would take them to IHOP for breakfast. I am a United States Marine, and I had my Veteran card with me. I had read that U.S. veterans would get a 20% discount at IHOP. Not only did I not get a discount, but when I asked my waitress to talk to the manager about why I could not, I walked up there a few seconds behind her to see him as well. I heard him say F@#! No, we do not have military discounts on Memorial Day. He looked up, shocked that I had overheard him, and then I said, "Thanks for honoring your Military, and I will not return to IHOP." Then the manager smiled and said I should have gone to the IHOP in Spring Lake! The coffee tasted like yesterday's coffee reheated. I would give IHOP 7821 Good Middling Drive in Fayetteville, NC - NO STARS!

My I order came back wrong. I asked for over easy eggs and I got scrambled, my pancakes were cold. The waiter never came back to my husband and I table to check on how our meal was; he didn't ask us if we wanted a coffee refill until after we paid our bill. It was the worse experience I've ever had at Ihop
