I went to the ihop in apopka and my waitress was Cynthia and she was very nice and attentive. Would definitely come back for her

Amazing food customer services very polite

My daughter and I went for breakfast this morning. I ordered online was supposed to pick it up at 11:12 AM by 1120. No employee had come out of the car to go to assist so I walked inside. It took me 10 more minutes to get somebody to help me to get my order my order along with two other orders were sitting on a shelf not on a warmer so no wonder why my food was cold when I received it. I ordered the ham and cheese omelette with pancakes. I also ordered a short stack of pancakes with a double order of bacon. I did not receive the pancakes with the omelette, and I only received one order of bacon instead of two and it was almost not cooked. after noticing my order was wrong I went back inside to get my missing items and could not be helped so I ended up leaving. I went home pulled frozen pancakes out of my freezer. Microwave them to eat with my omelette and throw my uncooked bacon in the microwave, so my daughter could eat it along with heating up her pancakes as the butter would not even melt on them. I love IHOP. I drive 45 minutes once a week to eat it. I am very disappointed with the one in Murray Kentucky. I had high hopes with the merge with Applebee’s, very upsetting. I feel it was rushed and a lot of training should’ve been done before they opened. I’m waiting to receive a call back on my order although I’m sure that will probably never come. Please get it together!!!!

I am having a Mexican tres leches pancake moment right now and Ihop is my weekly spot . I always order the pancakes and make it a combo . The food is always really good, especially the pancakes !!!! I am happy with the service I get from the people who work there , it’s usually always quick and friendly . It can get pretty crowded on sundays but that’s to be expected. I haven’t strayed too far from the pancakes recently but I plan to go in for the chicken and waffles next . Or maybe chicken and pancakes and I will upgrade them to tres leches !

This evening, I took my Wife on a dinner date to IHOP. Our waitress Deziraye made our evening so enjoyable. Deziraye new the menu and all the items, helped us. Her personality is just what all IHOP's need. She took a selfie for us. The food came out hot and delicious just as we ordered. We will be returning for future dates.

No green vegetable available as side - only fries or mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were a pureed mess. The t-bone steak was rubbery and had little taste. My wife's shrimp was good as was my daughter's huge omelet, which she said was delicious. Our server was very good and apologized for the lack of the normal broccoli. He suggested a side salad only to find out that the kitchen said those were not available.

We went to the Ihop on sherry road it was nice really enjoyed our server bernardo..he really made my elderly mom Feel special..melted her butter for her warmed her water was really great to see one care..thank you Sir

Table was wet. We had to use our napkins to wipe it dry. Waitress was hurrying even though not many less than 10 in the restaurant. We needed more napkins so 5 minutes later she flipped them on the table and rushed on. Probably the last time dining here.

I often visit the IHOP in Fairfax, VA, late at night several times each month because it’s the only place in the area that allows dine-in so late. Usually, I have good experiences, but this time I was really disappointed. I ordered the Chicken Fajita Omelette, which I’ve enjoyed before, but when it arrived, it wasn’t right. At first, it looked fine because of the toppings, but when I cut into it, I found there was no filling inside at all. Everything that should have been inside was missing and just placed on top, making the omelette look smaller than usual. They also forgot to include the salsa. I understand the restaurant was busy with a large group, and I didn’t mind waiting, but the food quality should still be consistent. Since I’ve ordered this omelette before and it was much better, I know this isn’t how it’s supposed to be. For $16.59, I expected to get what the menu listed, but I left very disappointed.

If I could leave this company a big fat zero I’d gladly do so! Horrible isn’t the word!! The entire company from the servers to the managers up to the corporate chain just garbage. I went into the ofallon il location with my family and the server being inattentive dropped hot cocoa all over my grandson burning his ear and ruining his white shirt. The food was late and disgusting. I reached out the the manager who couldn’t be bothered about checking on the baby and asked how the food was blaming the one server but not so much as mentioning the girl who burned my grandson then I had over a month of calls and emails that went unanswered up until a Melissa Jackson over at 314-324-3214 called stating she had been on vacation ( so professional) like I care! Promised an email with resolution same day to just ghost me and I called again guest relations a Jill sounded shocked promised this would be handled only to ghost me as well! Topper here, they closed my injury case because it wouldn’t be beneficial to continue on with it! Stay away go to Dennys save you the stress you’ll get treated like a human instead of a wallet!

Mixed up items in our order with someone else's. We had ordered it via Door Dash. When we called the restaurant they told us to bring it in for them to correct it. Why should we do that as we had paid for delivery?

DO NOT used this place! Less than one third of our order was served, they refused to fulfill the complete order, refused to refund our money. Extreme shrink-flation (the part of the order that did make it out was child sized, at full price) and thievery. Strongly advise avoiding this place at all costs, they will steal your money!

Our waitress Dani was great, the eggs and crepe's were perfect and everyone at the I-Hop on Broadway is always a great experience.

The waitresses are rude and are not happy to work there at all. We were eating slowly and she came up to us to ask if we could just pay already and what kind of tip we would give her. Now more about the food itself, since it’s a fast food restaurant. One thing, disgusting. I have stomach issues so I knew that there would be a problem with the food. I couldn’t even eat all of it. But my sister who doesn’t have any issues did have them after she ate the food. We both sat on that toilet. And for me it was coming out both ways.

Your waitress and service are doing a great job and what are you doing great keep up the good food and specials get plenty more help like shaquesta

We have eaten at this one (on Figueroa in LA) more than once and it is clean, the service just great and the whole place is very comfortable. The servers are always nice.

This time we had it delivered and it was, as always so good. They pack it all in such a way there is no way it can get ruined or food mixed with other food. The delivery is fast and I have never had an issue, not once.

This time we had burgers, which were so good with bacon and cheese. My grandson had a grilled cheese sandwich with French fries and he loved it. I am the huge pancake lover in the family so I had their big breakfast that comes with the best, most fluffy and perfect pancakes along with hash browns and bacon, ham and sausage. It was all great and I saved the meat for our dogs who were waiting for us to get home.

It is just the best and the prices are so fair. You will pay much more for some fancy place, but their pancakes won't be as good.

We love it. We are addicted. We have been to maybe 30 different IHops across the Country and you won't find nicer service and better pancakes.

I love this place this is good and that food good great customer Service and the people are Marcel and Ms Virginia and they was good to us and they made good food and they was amazing I will definitely come back to this place and they were very nice to me and my family and they didn’t mess up our food and they was very good to us and mo for that good food..
