My experience was so great from the moment we enter our waiter was friendly and aaking us if we need were good or needed anything, we stop by on our way home her name is Dariana M

Thinking nothing wrong I went to the shop. I was seated a waited 30 min for my food which was coldIHOP. The place was empty. The waitress gave us coffee and didn't bother to check up on us. Came with the food very cold. And the crepes were not like they were before no cream. Just plain with strawberry dried as can be. I was not happy she brought the cream after she saw that i was upset. She tried to fix it but I was upset anyway. I will never come back to ihop.

Hostess Tracy and waitress Ashley are the best at what they do. These girls are hard workers and definitely good to the customers.

Valenda did a great job! She was efficient and very personal. Thank you so Valenda for a great dining experience!

The waitress Kailey at the Ulmerton restaurant was very sweet and a really great waitress. She took very good care of us and made sure we had everything we needed and we didn’t have to ask for my drink to be refilled with is really great. We eat here a lot and I wish she was here more because we would eat here more often.

My family of 5 adults and 2 very active keiki had a 5 out of 5 star experience at the iHop in Hilo, Hawaii. Kealani and her fellow workers were very attentive to our needs and the omelettes with hollandaise sauce were delicious.Thank you for making our spontaneous family reunion memorable.

Upon first entering the guy that seated us I’m assuming the manager was rude and didn’t ask who was next just assumed the man was and went to him first . I had to speak up and mention I was here first. He then gave me the dirtiest look like he was put out and I was wrong for saying I was here first. The whole seating experience was bad.
Second they are clearly busy tables full of dishes and left undone and our table was very sticky and needed to ask the waitress to wipe table please.
The waitress was clearly in a bad mood and was by liking to wash table she was very short and acted like she was also put out we had to ask for everything , water etc. when she came to get our drinks to order I asked for coffee my sister asked for chocolate milk and was told we don’t have chocolate milk when it says on the menu chocolate milk. She wasn’t very pleasant at all. Just felt some kind of way like ooops! Maybe we shouldn’t have come here today!? Just saying now because of this most likely won’t be back and I just moved in literally next door. Thank you for your less than happy experience today from ihop at James center in Tacoma. Lastly this is being posted before we’ve even gotten our food.

A disappointment to eat here I ordered the tbone and when it got to the table and tried it, it was horrible dry, colorless and stiff as if I had waited all day to serve it to someone of course I returned it and only ate the broccoli and the small amount of fries that came with the dish and a...plus a couple of extra pieces of broccoli, they knocked $7.50 off the price of the meat, but then I paid $12.50 for the broccoli and fries, insane . I don't know what kind of math they're doing, but I certainly don't think that's worth more than the T-bone steak. Needless to say, we won't be returning to this restaurant, there was a reason the place was empty.

the person that took my order didnt understand or speak english very well he placed my order under the wrong name and the order wasnt close to right my potatoes burnt black my omelet wheres the bacon

Today is Mother's Day 5/10/2026, and my family wanted to treat me to breakfast. The wait time was not bad. I ordered biscuit and gravy with hashbrowns bacon, eggs, and sausages. When the food arrived, it was cold. I asked the waitress to warm up the gravy. She brought the gravy back and it was still cold. The eggs and pancakes was cold and the biscuit tasted like it was a month old and not fresh. What a waste of time and money. I could have gone somewhere else to enjoy my Mother's Day.
The bathroom reflected the food, "NASTY."
The restaurant was located in Jacksonville, Florida on 103rd street. Quality does not exist anymore.

So I was carving pancakes. I have a gluten allergy, and ihop use to have gluten free pancakes. I was bummed out that you guys don't serve gluten free pancakes anymore. Im so disappointed in guys that you don't take care of the people with gluten allergies. Especially when we want pancakes. Come one bring back gluten free pancakes.

We went again to IHOP in Cary North Carolina today we like to ask for this one particular server her name is LEXY she is a doll not only she is on point. not only does she do her job well, she treats the customers like family and that’s the experience that we received when we had her as our server. She is kind courteous polite will do nothing to make you feel right at home as far as the food itself it’s not bad atmosphere is OK. I found the Mens room. A little dirty should be taken care of. We go there at least twice a week the price is good for seniors and we order from the 55 and over menu.

Ruby Hernandez was our waitress she did a very good job serving she was very sufficient with our drinks and paid attention to our every need that we had she deserves a raise thank you

Sam was a rock star! Food was hot and spot on!

Let me tell you about Robert. He was so sweet and catered to all our needs. He was going above and beyond cleaning tables all around for other staff. He obviously helps others! Really kind gentleman. Also, Byron was fantastic!!! Thank you both!
