Extremely rude server on the counter. Stood for a good five minutes while she played with the checkout. Didn't even acknowledge our presence. Told her we were leaving and that her attitude was unprofessional. She shouted at us to "go somewhere else then because she was busy inputting an order". This is fair enough if she'd acknowledged us and said she would be with us soon but to be point blank ignored isn't polite. Would give no stars if allowed.

This is about the IHOP in Pittsburg, Texas. Excellent service, above and beyond, they show you better options on the menu for what you want, VERY helpful to the elderly in all aspects, from opening doors to making sure your seating is ok. The food is excellent (esp the hamburgers and onion rings), breakfast is great, the price is very good compared to other places and esp. compared to fast food, (pickup is available). I flat can not say enough great things about the staff.

During our visit to the IHOP located at 12400 S. Apopka Vineland Road, Orlando, FL 32836, we observed what we believed to be a troubling pattern of unequal treatment and apparent segregation of customers based on race. Because we have visited many other IHOP locations without experiencing anything similar, nothing initially seemed unusual. When we arrived, we were greeted by a White hostess. We could clearly see the front dining room, where there were multiple vacant tables available. Naturally, we expected to be seated there. Instead, we were escorted to a separate dining area located down a hallway near the kitchen. While waiting for our meal, we began noticing what appeared to be a consistent pattern. The rear dining area where we were seated was occupied primarily by Black, Hispanic, and other minority customers. In contrast, the front dining area appeared to be occupied almost entirely by White customers. We also observed that the front dining area was staffed by White hosts and servers, while the rear section where we were seated was staffed by Black employees serving that section. Our dining experience further raised concerns. Part of our order—our pancakes—never arrived with the rest of our meal. After we had finished eating everything else, we had to ask about the missing pancakes. During that time, we repeatedly observed food being carried from the kitchen into the front dining area while we continued waiting. By the time our pancakes were finally brought to the table, we had already decided to leave. As we were leaving the restaurant, we observed another group of Black customers being escorted to the same rear dining section, despite what appeared to be numerous vacant tables available in the front dining area. We also noticed several minority customers waiting in the lobby while those front tables remained unused. Based on our personal experience and observations during this visit, we left with the impression that customers were being seated and served differently depending on their race. Whether intentional or not, the overall experience gave the appearance of unequal treatment rather than the equal dignity, respect, and service that every customer should receive.

Worst visit ever wait time wasn’t long got us seated took our drink order then came to take our order waited over an hour to get our food which was cold and I had to ask the manager when we we’re getting our food then waitress came 1 time to do refills ordered REGULAR pancakes and the top one was full of sprinkles cooked into it the bottom one was full of chocolate then had an Oder of birthday pancakes which were full of chocolate chips kids ordered strawberries and bananas apparently they ran out never came to ask what they might like they just substituted everyone’s with applesauce! Worst worst visit to ihop ever!

I imagine a conference table of six figured morons wondering why their restaurants are empty when they're charging $15 for not so great food. Stop going. Put them and their plushy salaries out of business, the deserve neither.

I recently visited the IHOP #3270 at 243 Marketplace Connector in Peachtree City GA on Friday 7/10/26 and my server was Angelina and I wanted to give her a great review! She was upbeat, pleasant and helpful. She never made us feel rushed and gave us lots of time to chat and visit with each other while providing attentive service. She is to be commended. She is a great representative for your company.

DO NOT VISIT

It was such a bad visit first things first my little brother got cinnamon bites and one fell on the ground and he was not even offered another one and the server did not pick it up, Secondly the crapes I got were terrible had no flavor and the food took over 45 mins to come to the table yes not the biggest complaints but it goes a long way

The north Topeka store was okay. But the service was sort of empty. She forgot my wheat toast, and then I got charged for it, but I feel like she didn't do her job. And it was in the morning, and I just think she needs to understand what it is to be a serve

I was so disappointed in this visit. Me and my son and my best friend went in there for breakfast. The waitress name "Autumn", did not listen to what we wanted on our orders. For example, my son asked for a well done Burger, he got a burger that was red in the center. Second, my friend asked if she could get a side item and the price said $2.99, autumn said yes, yet they charged us $4.49 for the item, and last, my omelette was so small and it looked like it had been sitting out and reheated. And when I asked "Autumn" if I could speak to a manager about my situation , she responded by saying "well I'm going to get in trouble for this" , and I said no, I just want to let them know so it doesn't happen again, again she told me "I'm going to get in trouble for this ". I don't believe that is something that you should be telling your customers . I was extremely disappointed in this visit.
I would like to also ADD...that if you are reporting and issue, waitresses like AUTUMN will go and talk to other co workers in a huddle and they glare at you !!!! I am not a resident of Roanoke, I came there for a 2 day get a way and this is what I get. AND I have not even gotten a phone call or an email !!! Shows how much they Don't Care.

And until something gets done about this, I will continue to express my opinion.

I went into ihop needed a few min of quietness for a court hearing. The workers was so understanding they lower music or none at all. I went at the back I was very grateful for the kindness they show. Wish I remembered the two young ladies name. But if they read this they know who they are.

My husband and I frequent the Beach Blvd Biloxi Location, We feel like family there. All the wait staff work very hard to get the orders out and are efficient.
Karla, Keisha, Trilla, Louanne and Buck and all the others are great wait staff and very welcoming. Our food is always satisfactory.

Excellent service at the IHOP in Grand Island Ne our waitress was Angelia and she was amazing

We had a great experience. It was great to see the manager (Stephanie) helping out everywhere. She was at tables, in the kitchen and at the front as well as clearing tables and cleaning them. We love to see managers helping out when their team is in the weeds. Our waitress (Sammy) was so courteous and friendly. They were very busy so it took a little to get our food but it was good.

Lisha is an exceptional server . She serves everyone with professionalism and her smile is very contagious. She’s the number one at IHOP.

Great service Christina was awesome

Had a waiter name Greg when I gave him his tip he was very rude and ask if that was all I was gonna give him I will never go back to the ihop meanwhile his working there and he never came to Check on my table only dropped off the food and didn’t come back till he had to give me the check do better Lindenhurst !!!!! Worst experience of my life

This is the only restaurant where hash browns or fried shredded potatoes are served as a side dish at an extra cost. At all other restaurants, my omelette comes with fried shredded potatoes or country-style potatoes as part of the meal.
Pancakes have decreased in size and more expensive.

The food was great as was our server Amanda!!
