My server Anthony was very outgoing and polite. I received my food very quickly, hot and delicious!

The restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. I received my order fast. The food was hot and fresh.

I have been to Ihop in many different states this year and and I have to say they are nose diving big time!! I used to love this place the staff was great and the food was too!! Not now.... so sad to see a place like this go down. It wasn't just one visit it has been all of the last 10 in different locations. Across the country.

They sux we waiting on our stuff we ordered it still not here . Slow . Stay away stay away not many people in here and they still sux . It took a hour to get hamburger

Worst experience waited 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. When we looked around the young lady told us I will be with you with an attitude. Ordered everything at once because service was so slow and the associates we interacted with did not smile or interact. Waited more than 30 minutes for food to come and never got asked if we needed anything else. If you don’t like your job, quit. I would have given 0 stars if possible. Will never visit here again .

Jeff at 83 and bell was amazing had good customer quality service was attentive to all of my requests as well as the food was outstanding hot and super good, I highly recommend this restraunt as I will be coming back thanks for the great food experince keep up the great service!!!!

I was traveling and had a bad experience at IHOP (was not seated in an empty restaurant, and after 1/2 hours left since the manager was too busy doing takeout to seat customers). After complaining, and having IHOP corporate involved, I got a coupon code for a free meal (after I returned to my home about 1000 miles away). After returning I went to my local IHOP and tried to use the coupon. They did not accept it an said it was only good at the other restaurant (1000 miles away).

Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on IHOP.

My advice to the world, skip IHOP and go to Denny's or Cracker Barrel while traveling.

My opinion i loved having katherin as my server. She was so nice and brought out everything i asked for just in time. I would most definitely ask for her again!

The service is good and food is average. Rt. 3 in Clifton, NJ. The eggs are perfectly cooked the way we want them. I’m just disappointed when I looked at the price of coffee. It may be unlimited but not worth the $3.89 per cup or person. You can buy Starbucks large coffee for $2.29 almost the same amount you drink at iHop. So in general, just bring your own coffee with you.
BTW, they need to replace their seat cushion and was told by Dwayne that it’s in the works. Service is good.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

There was 3 people in our party, we webt to the ihop at 6455 Fallsview Blvd, Niagara Falls.
Waited about 5 minutes to be seated though not busy, Manager had to call someone to seat us.
We stuck to the breakfast menu. Strawberry/banana french toast, Cinnamon bun crepes, whaffles and chicken.
Both the french toast and crepes were not just cold but stone cold, just come out of frig cold, whaffles was cold, dry and no butter was offered.
coffee was bitter, had to ask for cream, did not have pinapple for the splasher so was asked to switch to mango, but recieved only lemonade with 7up in it. (this cost $7.oo)
Total bill came to $108.80 with an added fee called NFDF of $8.70.
NOT Worth the cost, or time to go here.

Chloe in Jefferson City was great! Got all my special requests right and food was great!

Came in for breakfast after working 12hrs. I ordered the chicken fajita omelette & grits. Food came out and as I'm looking at the omelette and started to cut into it I noticed it was barely filled with chicken and veggies. Chicken was placed on top and was not hot and cheese was not melted on top of omelette. This was unacceptable and for the manager to allow the cooks to prepare my order like this is not ok. This is something I order on the regular. I will not be eating breakfast here again!

Extremely rude server on the counter. Stood for a good five minutes while she played with the checkout. Didn't even acknowledge our presence. Told her we were leaving and that her attitude was unprofessional. She shouted at us to "go somewhere else then because she was busy inputting an order". This is fair enough if she'd acknowledged us and said she would be with us soon but to be point blank ignored isn't polite. Would give no stars if allowed.

This is about the IHOP in Pittsburg, Texas. Excellent service, above and beyond, they show you better options on the menu for what you want, VERY helpful to the elderly in all aspects, from opening doors to making sure your seating is ok. The food is excellent (esp the hamburgers and onion rings), breakfast is great, the price is very good compared to other places and esp. compared to fast food, (pickup is available). I flat can not say enough great things about the staff.
