Highly Recommend!
I.I Financial Services are a 5 star service, me and my wife highly recommend using their mortgage services. We are first time buyers, so are new to the process. Imran simplified everything and secured us a deal in which we were able to borrow much more than any high street lender would offer us.
We also benefitted greatly from the property services provided by Patricia who has been excellent in guiding us through the whole house buying process. She has always been available to take our queries and answer them in detail.

What a fantastic company! After my mortgage offer expired, Patricia went above and beyond and made sure my house sale did not fall through. She was chasing the mortgage company daily and kept me updated every step of the way. I received an even better mortgage rate the second time round.

Assistance with account log in.
Having difficulty logging in to access my account I contacted i.i. customer services and spoke with Gursh. She guided me through the logging in procedure and as a result I was able to complete the task. I must say that Gursh was very efficient, polite and helpful.

Great Broker- My mortgage offer was issued in less than 2 weeks!!
I would highly recommend II financial services . They found a lender for me within 24 hours, the mortgage valuation was booked within a couple of days and I had the mortgage offer issued a few days after that. Very quick ! I have dealt Jude, Imran and Neil and all of them have been extremely helpful and always in contact with keeping me updated. Thank you guys for all your help
