Very helpful customer support. Problem was resolved - for two cards - promptly with clear verbal and written instructions for reloading cards into an Apple wallet provided.

Great first experience with a Caxton representative, was very helpful, patient and clear. He was very nice and friendly, it cost nothing to be nice it’s free, so that made my first experience a good one. I just wish other companies were like this, life would go a lot smoother.
