Excellent service
I just received excellent help from Lauren, reactivating my old Caxton account, changing my email and resetting my password (not been on holiday for years). Looking forward to going away with peace of mind over my finances.

Initially with Hugo and then escalated to Winnie, both understood immediately my problem, and helped me to resolve the issues. I was really impressed with their friendliness and ownership of the problem, responding quickly and directly. Fantastic support

I hav a Caxton account
I hav a Caxton account, I had a problem with trying to redeem my balance back to my barclay bank account. The system was not allowing me to complete my actions because of an negative balance in dollars? I had to contact a representative from Caxton called "Hugo" who listened an had my complaint resolved within a day. Excellent work thank you!

Multiple contact options, and fast response to queries. Caxton has become my indispensable travel companion - the app is slick and efficient plus gives me the options I need. Each member of my family has a card now - and it’s such a great way to spend money abroad

Very simple & great support
Firstly, I've had a Caxton Card for many many years and it's brilliant!
I had a specific query and the support team were very clear and helpful via e:Mail. They made it very easy for me to resolve problem I had and it was so much simpler than I had feared.
In early 2025 I'd had the same problem and it was not resolved, seemingly because of Caxton processes [or maybe because the person I spoke to didn't understand the process?]. So it was with trepidation that I raised my query and I couldn't believe that it was all resolved as a result of one e:Mail. Thank you to all the support team for their clarity and to Caxton for listening to their customers.

Trying to PIN it down . . .
I rarely have recourse to contact Caxton, however I had inadvertently blocked my card's PIN during a trip abroad, and contrary to the advice that a PIN can be changed using the PIN Services mode on a UK ATM, this was on my part unsuccessful. On contacting Caxton, Hannah was very polite and efficient, and soon had resolved the issue. Very pleased.
