I had a problem making a specific payment for two days and sent an email to customer support asking why. I received a reply certainly within two hours telling me what went wrong and how to rectify the problem. I was so very surprised to get a reply so quickly having not had replies from another organisation for weeks. The telephone conversation was conducted with quiet professionalism and attention to detail. The courteous manner of Nontokozo Shabangu (Penelope) was a joy to experience and in marked contrast to the majority of telephone conversations I have participated in over the last year or two with other organisations.

Very simple to action some changes via live chat, took approx 5 mins with Nontokozo who was efficient throughout. I’ve always had a great experience with the company, have been with them many years and have no intention of changing.
