The courteous manner of Nontokozo Shabangu (Penelope) was a joy to experience and in marked contrast to the majority of telephone conversations I have participated in over the last year or two with other organisations.

Had an issue with the card early on Sunday morning in another country. Managed to get through to someone quickly who resolved it. Apparently the card had been blocked. Anyway, I would recommend because they proved they could deal with issues properly.
