Eat out to Help out “ scheme seamless when presenting bills to customers and reporting figures to HMRC for reclaim .
There will have not been many EPOS suppliers that had their customers backs like IIKO looked after us through the scheme .

I cannot recommend IIKO and their team enough for any start up or established business!
They are the best supplier decision we have made as a start up pub. From initial enquiry through to training and getting up and running; their ongoing customer support in my opinion has been second to none (B2B or B2C!). When you factor in the fact the world has been turned upside down with a global pandemic when we’ve started dealing with each other, it all becomes even more impressive!
Everything is exactly as promised, any problems or hiccups have been user error on our (my) part and the reactive nature of their support team via Telegram is inspired and genius! They are always bang on it and have always resolved an problem I’ve had.
The added value elements continue to impress which more recently have included the reduction in VAT rates for non-alcoholic menu items as well as implementing the Eat Out to Help Out government scheme - IIKO eliminated all the logistical hassle and problems of implementing them by doing it automatically, proactively and thoroughly all included within the existing commercial agreement we have - so effectively a free service (added value/benefit).
I 100% recommend their system, service and team and would happily talk to anyone that wanted to chat through whether or not they should go ahead!

Great support from the very start, a fantastic demo of the system, support setting the system up and ongoing support to ensure we are getting the best from our EPOS and stock management.
Further highlighted in the new software created within 48 hours of the recent VAT reduction announcement, making it super easy to implement the change.

The support during those first few days was fantastic. Knowing nothing about EPOS we were guided through the maze. Always on the end of the phone and ready to help Dan and James are highly commended by us.

I cannot praise this company enough,, just purchased a new till system for my small pub,, I’m not very good with technology,, James has been the best so patient and so good,, the technical staff have been amazing,, replying to my messages in minutes,, I even text at midnight and someone replied to me,,, Any small issues I have had have been resolved within minutes,,
I cannot recommend iiko enough!!
The system is easy to use and I feel will be good for my business!! Keep up the good work!!

The team at Iiko are a TEAM. Nothing is too much for their customers.
The support team is quick and efficient , helpful and courteous everytime.
Recommending them is not a choice!

Fantastic service and the tills are so easy to use. What I love most is being able to send a message to customer support and it gets actioned straight away.

We have been with iiko for just over a month and I dont have 1 bad thing to say.
The system is simple to use and iiko set everything up to my needs. You have full control over everything and in the back settings you can edit everything. eg add items, change price add pictures for food etc
They also have one of the best after sales teams. If you have any issue, they're fast in there response.
Would highly recommend.
