they are all really friendly and helpful, any problems with anything they have been sorted within minuets. everything has been explained so clearly and the systems really easy to use and understand and is very reliable.

Since opening our first restaurant in July iiko have been so supportive. Having them on hand any time of the day or evening to sort any issues out on the spot is invaluable and unlike any Epos system I’ve used in the past. Rather than setting you up and leaving you to it we’ve been on a journey together since July to fine tune everything and tailor the system to the exact needs of our business. Would highly recommend!

Started off well, responded quickly even gave them two other customers through friends who just bought a pub and a cafe before service began deteriorating.
When we began trying to use the stock take system we quickly learned that the system really isn’t up to the job having being told it specialised in businesses based over two or more sites.
Main flaw is that the mapping into XERO accounting software doesn’t export the stock into the correct accounting categories in XERO meaning the information was useless for accounting forcing us to re-enter all invoices into XERO having already entered it into IIKO office which in itself was a laborious task.
We take payment on order in the restaurant and when groups are making orders if something needs refunding the whole cheque (ie. 6 people) need refunding meaning they all have to pay again meaning it a very timely exercise!
Most importantly once the guy on the phone cottoned onto the fact that their software is for want of a better work pants, he did very well at avoiding my calls leaving us to deal with the less personable tech crew via their ultra modern messaging system ‘telegram’ often taking 5+ minutes for a response.
The system is ok for use solely as a till but that’s about it.
There much much more but they don’t deserve any more of my time, they’ve already taken enough... we’re moving on to Tevalis and cutting our losses with IKOO... let’s just hope our friends don’t fall out with us!

Super easy to front till and back end for reporting purposes. They also offer constant help and support should you have any issues or wish to make modifications to the setup.
So far I have nothing but good things to say about them and would recommend them to anyone lookingfor a new POS solution

I cannot thank these guys enough - we are new to running a restaurant and we have changed our menu and prices so many times and they never complain or fail!
They are fast. polite, friendly and efficient and have made our lives so much easier. Being able to use my phone to request changes is also really helpful as I can work from home or elsewhere Thank you to the whole team

iiko have been absolutely fantastic.! The till system has been such a great addition to the business. It is easy to use, which is a massive help when it comes to training new staff.
The staff have been absolutely amazing since the day we had the till system selected and installed. Always friendly and always so quick to help us with any problems or queries we have had.
I would 100% recommend iiko to any business I come across (if they don’t already have one) in the future.

The Epos system is easy to use with good training given at the beginning, also have ongoing support and although we have encounted a few issues they have been quickly resolved and set up to how we require. I would highly recommend using this company. The guy James who has been doing our training has been second to none, nothing is ever too much of an ask

We started using the iiko EPOS system last July and it enabled to get the new Embe Soul Food restaurant up and running with confidence. Just before Christmas iiko contacted us to see how we were getting on and on Monday this week I had a review of the system with James Dunlop who has now enabled us to make better use of the back office reports and how to commence using the system for inventory control.

Excellent system, but more so than that, the after sales and 247 after care is excellent, very quick response times which was found lacking with other providers, would defo recommend

IIKO have been fantastic with their ease of set up and also their ongoing support with changing menu items and prices.
Any issues we have had have been quickly and efficiently rectified.

Being completely honest had lots of issues at the start but all of that has been completely surpassed by the amazing 24/7 support which is offered On the telegram app. Running a busy pub restaurant if something goes wrong you don’t have time to sit on the phone trying to get hold of someone but ping off a message on the app takes seconds and allows me to get on with serving customers whilst they respond/ sort any issues which they always do as quickly as possible.

I have been in the business for over 15 years & feel that Iiko is more current and up to date with today's market needs & would recommend them to anyone. plus there chat support is very efficient for getting any changes made that you need.

Good system with a solid support system. Will reply 24/7 very quickly. Very few limitations to the software in my experience.
