This is the worst system with only online text as support. I have so many problems causing constant embarrassing issues with the customer. 5 weeks on still no better, poor support I'm now buying another system.

One of the most intuitive software programmes I have ever come across in the EPOS market. Unbelievable how quick and easy it is to customise the front end via the back end. Add a new product to your menu. 4 clicks and front end updated in real time. Encounter a problem, text their support service and wait 2 minutes for an answer. It's a great system.
I would highly recommended to any organisation who wants a Epos system that you easily manage and control costs.

The system has been superb for my business! It was very easy to train my small team to get up to grips with it.
The back office reports are great and helped me to get a better understanding of my sales numbers and where we are currently at.
My account manager Natalie has been incredibly patient when dealing with all my questions! And also support team have been great at sorting things quickly.
All in all a great experience I would recommend : )

I went with iiko after looking at a few other options, ordering was straightforward and they took our existing menu and loaded it into the POS system. A training session was booked and we covered off how to operate it.
So far so good, however when we went live we discovered that some things on the menu which are easy to write down manually need some more thought when running an automated system. And here is why I’m giving 5 stars...
The support is exceptional. I got set up on a chat in the Telegram app which connects me directly to support. If I want a menu item added, or modifiers on existing products, it’s done within minutes. On the first day we discovered loads of things which needed modified, but they were actioned right away, which meant we could request a change, have it actioned and get it on a live order within minutes.
There’s a back office web app as well with lots of useful metrics such as average table bill cost, which can highlight where we need to do some more upselling. I’ve also taken out a couple of licences for iikoWaiter 5, which allows us to use a phone or tablet to take orders at the table, interfacing directly to the till.
Very highly recommended.

The ease system set up process has exceeded expectations. Support have always been on hand whenever I have questions or need any help. The system itself has been great for my Cafe and been easy to train my staff on.

We scoured the market looking for the right product, knowing what we wanted but having to look within a specific budget. Both Kieran and Harrison are extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and offered the best product. The iiko system is so user friendly, straight forward and logical and far superior to all of the other systems we demo'd. I know we have made the right decision for our Bar/Restaurant business. We look forward to working with you both and buying you beer!

All round fantastic service.
The sales manager was extremely helpful and provided valuable advice and also helped us secure a great deal for card processing.
The team at iiko have been responsive, helpful and made sure I'm using the system to the best of its abilities. Natalie has been great as a port of call for support.

Couldn't be happier with the product or service!
The hardware is of great quality and was easy to set up. It is extremely easy to learn and is very user friendly.
All the staff I have dealt with are incredibly efficient, easy to communicate with and have answerd all queries within minutes.
Would and have recommend this company to everyone who has been of interest.
Excellent service on all levels.

It was very difficult to choose a POS system with all the options available. I researched each one and read all the reviews. iiko didn't actually have any reviews because they are new to the UK but they offered everything I needed for my restaurant at no extra cost for services like reservations, 24 hour support, etc.
I have been using iiko for a month now and I'm so happy I made the choice of going with them. The 24 hour whatsapp support is an unbeatable feature. The team goes above and beyond to attend my needs and resolve any issues that arise immediately.
