Do not purchase jewelry or products from this company. They took my money and refused to give me the items I purchased. Therefore, I now have to take them to court to receive my refund.

I traveled 3 hours to go buy a ring that I loved and when I asked the employee for an other sizes he said “WE ONLY HAVE NORMAL SIZES” excúseme? What where u trying to say I didn’t end up getting anything he offered to resizes it but I am not going back and forth 3 hours 😔🤚
I ordered a ring which my wife had picked out on the website.
I had looked on line at Zales and Kay's but couldn't find anything near as beautiful as the one at IJazz.
It had to be ordered as it was not in stock at the store. It didn't take long maybe a week.
I dealt with Wally he was very respectful and
knowledgeable regarding the quality of this particular ring.
This was the second time we have done business with IJazz and it was a very pleasant experience.
We're looking forward to coming back in the future. They have an awesome collection of jewelry....a "must-see".

They make you feel like family, very trustworthy and honest and they go above and beyond to show you exactly what you have and what you are interested in purchasing. I will never buy Jewelry from any place else.
These are very cute earrings but the piece that goes into your ear is too large to fit in my ear piercing. It started bleeding because I was trying to force it to go in my ear and I wear earring alls the time so this is not a problem I ever have. I ended up throwing them away.

Top tier jewellers. Patient and willing to go a step extra as I am based in London, plenty of instagram calls / texts from myself and Ijaz jewlers. The ring I ordered was around £500 cheaper than local prices (even with shipping / import tax) and managed to ship out and deliver within the 10 days as advertised. Managed to resize my ring within 1 day as I needed the ring urgently. Very forth coming with costs (proof shown of postage / import fees into the United Kingdom which were 100% accurate) which I found reassuring. Jacob's customer service was amazing, dealing with my many messages and photo requests. My wedding band is beautiful with diamonds shining in light. 10/10 and will be referring friends and family.
