I went to the IKEA in Stoughton twice…

I went to the IKEA in Stoughton twice now. My spouse loves it. I think they have a great selection and it's laid out well. It is big and I felt like I had to walk a little too much to find what I needed; I wish they had more shortcuts. But overall good experience and they have a cafeteria.

If I could give them no stars I would. NEVER order online - EVER! They give you a 13 hour window and then they don’t show up. Called and waited an hour and a half on hold to reschedule. Waited all day on the new day and they never showed up. Called again and waited more than an hour again to be told it was moved to tomorrow. A third day I have to rearrange to make sure someone is home in a 13 hour window. When I complained this is unacceptable support told me too bad, wait until tomorrow. This is the last time I will ever order from IKEA.

Click and Collect not working right

Ordered a bunch of items on IKEA's website for Click and Collect, but my order wasn't ready until an hour after the scheduled pick-up time. When we finally got the order, they also told us that two items were out of stock, though they weren't marked as such on the website.

Worst experience I have ever had

Worst experience I have ever had. My wife and I decided to redo our kitchen. We tore out almost everything because we wanted to open up the area to make it less clustered. So we tore out almost everything and left just enough to be a usable kitchen. We decided to go to Ikea for our cabinets because they deal with the European designs. So we went on line, designed everything with there tools and went to the store which is over an hour ride from us. This is in 1/19/2021. The staff helped us put everything in (Several thousands of dollars) and we paid for delivery at the tune of 100 bucks. They said some of the stuff in back ordered due to the pandemic and we understood. They delivered the 1st part of the order which not 1 single thing was available to put together in 2 weeks. They said about 60 days or less and we will deliver the rest of it. We agreed. 60 days rolled around and dead silence, Not a text, call, or e-mail. I called and got a huge run around. Hung up on 2 times and spent over 2 hours on the phone. They said another month and we will have it all. Again we understood. And again dead silence. I called back and was again hung up on multiple times, transferred to more people then I what to do with, and told the order should be in by the 3rd week of May. (5 months now) I called because they again did not even try to reach out to me but when I went on line my order showed CANCELED! This really got me going. I called on 5/26/2021 and got the traditional run around, the traditional hang ups, spent 3 hours on the phone for them to tell me there computer systems are down. They took my name and number and said they will call me back. SILENCE! Nothing.... I called back on 6/1/2021 my day off. I got the 45 minute wait on hold, transferred to 7 people, told my original order does not show up and that the stuff I need to complete my kitchen is still not available even for online orders. I told them I want them to CANCEL this order and 100% refund my money including the delivery fee. We will wait and see if this happens. If I could give a Negative 5 stars I would. I have rebuilt 3 houses, and 2 kitchens. This has been the worst experience I have ever had to deal with. Be weary to deal with this company. Look on the BBB site and see they are a 1 Star business and are not even accredited with them.
