An exceptional service. Remortgaging needed deeds of consent for our children, over 18 but students and dependents. Local solicitors were vague, and were going to be very slow and expensive. With huge relief, discovered ILA-Connect. Tim was so helpful on the phone arranging short notice appointments before one set off on travels and smoothing comms with mortgage solicitors.
