Had a fantastic service from Damien , he’s a brutally honest man straight talking and the most efficient solistor ive came across ,if your looking for a man to rely on he’s the one 10 stars would t be enough bird and co and always going to be stored in my contacts for future use cannot recommend them high enough

I used Birds and Co solicitors in the conveyancing of a jointly inherited property whereby i wanted to transfer my share over to my sister.
I had to use a different solicitors from her to do this, and thank goodness I did! The service from the neighbouring solicitors was absolutely appalling and it has taken way longer than anyone would expect to complete on this sort of transaction.
However, due to Hannahs due diligence, professionalism and tenacity, she continued to try and make contact with the other parties solicitors whilst keeping me informed of everything along the way. I cannot thank her enough as we finally completed last week from what seemed like an eternity for such a simple case.
I shall definitely be using Birds and Hannah again if the need arises and I will be recommending her to anyone who needs also.
