When I asked Ilines about the negative reviews, they were quick to blame the customer and they were very convincing. If the positive reviews are genuine, they may occasionally do a good job. We, however, wound up with our belongings in a hostage situation in France, through no fault of the French company but I place the blame squarely on Ilines. Our total cost, with port fees, insurance and additional costs added by Ilines, was more than double the original quote. If you choose to go with this company, do read the fine print as they have had legal battles before. And have your checkbook ready.

Shipped my car and household in a 40 foot high cube container from Charlotte to New Zealand. Was recommended by a co-worker that used them in the past. Worked with Rick, Rachel and Vinny. Super helpful and communication was on point, they answered all my questions and made my experience very personal. Just like my co-worker, I recommend them to anyone that is looking to ship overseas. I moved from Texas to Dominican Republic. Everyone at iLines was super helpful through the whole process. Highly recommend, especially if it’s your first time moving overseas.

It's ironic you ask what went wrong this time.
Signed Legal Contract, move delay due to 3 day Port strike.
3 weeks to reschedule. Container packed, informed container on its way. 10 days later, informed container never left Port. Can put on a ship tomorrow with an additional $2200 after all frees paid in full. Then becomes ugly and heavyweight. They have my container, wracking up Port fees after reassurance that shipped immediately after loading. Ship leaves tomorrow with an extra 2 grand demand. Now, I'll have to add legal fees as I will not have thos piece of shi company extort more money from me. Chances of getting my container intact? 0%

This company provided the most horrendous service. It took nearly 2 yrs to ship our belongings to New Zealand, it was during covid, however we are still waiting for the second security deposit paid to be returned. I have been ghosted for months. It has been nearly 3yrs since the deposit was paid and 1 year 5 months since the payment should have been returned.

ILines and everybody I dealt with there was great, but I thought Vinny gave especially good and caring customer service and was always a pleasure to interact with. There were a few snafus, none of them directly ILines fault, yet Vinny helped resolve them fairly and efficiently. He and ILines deserve extra compliments for their world class communication. I would recommend them to anyone needing shipping service.

Use them to ship some 22 pallets worth of merchandise to one of my clients in France and another 4 to a customer in Germany. They picked everything up from my business on time and delivered on time. I ship a lot and by far this is one of if not the best companies I have used and will continue to use as long as they keep providing the phenomenal service they have been so far. A+ to you guys!

To say the truth..I read some reviews after booking with them and got a little worried. But I also read bad reviews from every shipping company. Needless to say, these guys went above and beyond. They were outstanding with communication. Super impressed by Rachel and Denise for making sure I was well prepared with our families documentation. Such nice people, my experience was nothing like some of the bad reviews I’ve read and I’m actually very happy with the overall experience using ilines. I literally have no complaints about their services at all. I already referred someone and so far they are also very happy with their experience also. Thank you guys dearly for all your help!

We have been dealing with Nick at iLines to get our household shipped internationally, and himself and iLines have treated us very well. They communicated well with us every step of the way, and we've found their prices to be among the best of quotes we received. They even helped us avoid paying taxes on our shipment. Made everything very easy for us allowing us to focus on other things needed for our move. Highly recommend.

I have been calling them for 4 months to get my 2000$ deposit back have e-mailed them and talked to Rick and Vinny many times and they say they will send me my refund the next day ! This company is a scam ! Do NOT use them !

I was recommended by a friend who used them in the past. They were fantastic with my move. I would use them again and recommend to anyone moving overseas.

Company failed to respond to 67 emails and phone calls. Failed to provide insurance paid for and only returned deposit after 5 months following a complaint to state regulators and start of legal proceedings for fraud.

I do not recommend this company. I paid for a service and they did not provide it. I told them when I was traveling and they set the date for pickup. They then changed the date several times expecting me to be available at a moments notice. I told them my travel date was set. After a long back and forth they agree to a partial refund. After months of no response there is no refund and no service.

Excellent service all around and pricing very competitive. Highly recommended!!
