Trust is essential.
In logistics, trust is essential. You cannot work with a logistics company if they're not trustworthy, and if their impact on the environment matters that little to corporate's eyes.
They might answer that "they have no record of a transaction", or that it did not happened in their facility, problem being that your company's image and reputation doesn't stop at the door.
Corporate is more inclined to try and answer on every single review than actually finding a way out of their non ethical values. That alone shows you that that company will more likely stab you in the back and put you at fault instead of trying to help you as a customer.
As a customer, I will not have any transaction with them because of their international image. If their services are as good as their ethical politics, then I will search for an alternative.

When choosing a business partner, integrity and corporate responsibility are just as important as the service itself. Unfortunately, the leadership of this company has recently demonstrated a shocking lack of basic ethical standards and respect for the environment. A company's values always start at the top. I cannot in good conscience support or recommend a business whose owner publicly acts with such arrogance and complete disregard for nature. Trust is essential in logistics, and this company's leadership has entirely lost mine. Look for alternatives with better core values.

THE CEO SUCKS AT RUNNING A COMPANY AND HAVING HUMAN MORALS
The ceo both sucks at running a trucking company and sucks at being a human with morals. This guy throws rocks at his customers if they are sad. And at Lani the beloved seal who's endangered. Anyways he has destroyed my car back then and threw rocks at me when I complained

We have no record of any transaction, shipment, warehouse order, or other business relationship with this account. We requested the reviewer’s full name, email, phone number, and order details so we could look up the experience. No response was received within Trustpilot’s 3-day window.
This review contains no description of any service we provided. The title is a personal attack in Romanian (“a man without scruples”), not feedback about freight, drayage, warehousing, or repairs.
Since May 2026 our company and I personally have been the target of a coordinated, off-topic campaign of one-star reviews across Trustpilot, Yelp, Glassdoor, Google, and other platforms. Many of those posts repeat the same personal accusations, use similar language, and have no connection to any customer of IL Logistics Inc. Some appear organized or incentivized. We have flagged those reviews with Trustpilot and other platforms and will continue to do so.

Throws rocks and endangered animals in Hawaii and then when said told he would get in trouble, he stated “i don’t care I’m rich.” So not only does he use his wealth to get out of things, hes a animal abuser to a endangered species

I have visited the company to complain about their poor services but one guy started throwing rocks at me while blabbering about how rich he is. Zero out of ten. I do not recommend.
