i appreciate illumeo one thing that there main focus is on to provide best learning material to customers, i like there courses very much. they have best instructors, for Courses, i like there off the shell courses, mean the on demand learning courses, when u free u can complete your cpe requirements, build in cpe tracker and the LMS is best combo, BRAVO illumeo, i choose accountant course for my cpe requirements for cpas, they provide they relevant resources for us, which make us up to date with industry and market what is coming new, like we know how AI is changing everything, and i am very very busy, as everyone know the job of CPA, but there online courses courses and webinars is really reallly helpful to me, it make me to learn around my tough work load, and for me illumeo is a complete platform for professionals to learn, easy and good, they are improving and working on their website, and filters, and customer service also, their ai bot is also very good

The product is good. Large library for good value. The customer service is non-existent. I mean there is absolutely no way to contact them. They charge my card for auto renewal, but my account remained inactive and could not access any course. I tried calling, leaving voicemails, submitting requests for help on their website and multiple emails to their support account and never received a response. I'm disputing the charge on my credit card and going with MyCPE.

They charged me for an auto renewal and I cancelled it and submitted a refund request within the time frame shown on their website. I also followed up with an email the same day, since their site doesn't give a confirmation of the refund request. It's a year later and I'm still out my money. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and they did not respond. They do not answer their support phone #. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE DISHONEST.

Phenomenal Resource for Continued Professional Education that has only enhanced my skillset and knowledge.

I have had the unlimited subscription for CPAs the past few years and it has mostly been a good experience with Illumeo. There are lots of courses and webinars to choose from with all sorts of subjects that can apply to a variety of CPAs and fields. Overall the classes are easy to follow and complete for credits.

One thing that could be better is getting the compliance monitor updated quicker. So far from my experience is that the compensation monitor does not get updated until about 6-10 months into the fiscal year (7/1-6/30 for Minnesota). So I have to go over half the year manually calculating what credits I need for the current year. I would think when you advertise a compliance monitor as a perk of the subscription you would prioritize getting it updated each year.

Illumeo is a great CPE platform. They have a ton of on-demand courses, more than enough webinars, great CPE tracking tools, a simple to use site, and it's cheap! I've used other providers but Illumeo is the best experience and the biggest bang for the buck.
