Illumiflow Avis 

Have been using for almost 2 months and have seen better hair retention. Easy to fit into my morning routine too.

The support staff responded quickly to my questions and made it possible for me to replace my Illumiflow 272 pro cap quickly. I used the cap 3 times a week with successful increase in hair density and reduced shedding for 5 years before it stopped working. It is a vital part of my hair growth and retension program that also includes minoxidil, PRP and microneedling. My hair looks so much fuller since I started using the laser cap treatments in 2021.

I bought the laser cap 272 and has been using it consistently since end of March. I ordered shampoo and it didn’t arrive . Last week my battery charger broke. I felt that customer is good but response time is slow
My shampoo for example didn’t get replaced for a month.
I did notice some change on my hair growth that it seems like my hair is growing faster. However not much visible improvement in the problem area .
I am hopeful though.

Hi, I initially started using the cap every 3 days. 2 months into it, I switched to everyday and them noticed a change after month 7. I noticed smaller thin hairs in areas that were patchy. I strongly recommend trying this product for 6 months, you will see a difference.

I liked the hair growth benefits and that I knew the technology was not on the cheaper end. I liked that I could avoid using drugs to maintain hair growth. I wish the cap provided full coverage. I feel that I may be missing the front of my scalp sometimes.

Very much enjoying the illlumiflow cap. It is very easy to use and both my husband and I have adopted it as part of our nighttime routine. I enjoy that it works passively so you can go about your evening without having to add anything additional. I had an issue with a battery pack that had stopped charging, and Illumiflow support were excellent. Amy replied quickly, was helpful and friendly, and arranged a replacement without any hassle. Really reassuring service and a good example of a company standing behind its products.

When a part breaks down they send me a replacement part sometimes free of charge. I wish all companies are like that. The cap works great and my hair is thicker providing more coverage.

Been using this cap for trichotillomania. I've pulled my hair for two decades and this cap has still made a huge difference in putting hair follicles into their growth phase. Highly recommend!

I recently started a DHT blocking shampoo, & a DHT blocking conditioner made by illumiflow. These products have made my head feel incredibly nourished right during the use. It's a noticable change from any shampoo and conditioner I tried so far. The shampoo color is dark purple, it's consistency and density is completely different from any other shampoos I've tried. My head felt healthy, like it did when I was a kid, for the rest of the day. I completely forgot this feeling, but as soon as I felt it I could tell it wasn't healthy before. Before I used expensive shampoos three times the price. Even if you don't have a hat yet, the shampoo and conditioner are next level, way ahead of modern competition. Easy recommend.

It’s easy to use. My head is too small and it falls off. The headband works well and creates a good fit. I received
prompt and detailed responses when the battery stopped holding a strong charge just under a year of use.

I was happy to be able to receive a quality red light therapy cap at an affordable price. Also, their customer service handled my issues with courtesy and a prompt reply.

I have used the Ilumiflow 272 Laser cap for 4 1/2 years and am very pleased with the results. I saw results within the first 6 months, especially around my part and my hairline. I currently have lots of new “baby” hairs. I find it easy to use and like that I don’t have to use it every day.
