Hi Lynne, there are huge problems with Royal Mail at the moment due to the strikes, I looked and your delivery says: "We've got it. We have your item at North West Super Hub and it's on its way." I'm really sorry, but it's beyond our control... It's not really fair to give us 1-star, as you didn't even get in touch first to see if we help you somehow.

'We' Love Decaf!
This was our first time shopping with 'I Love Decaf' and we love that you can have a half-decaf and half-caffeinated coffee so we still can enjoy our 4-5 coffees a day but with bouncing off the walls! It's now the only item on our Christmas list!

Best decaf coffee ever, and I’ve had some awful ones! I’ll be ordering the Honduran in future. Even my coffee snob husband has been converted and keeps pinching it. I’ll just have to keep ordering it, lol.

Super coffee
This is my 3rd order from a great little company supplying super Decaf coffee. Every different types on offer are freshly roasted only a couple of days before delivery.. Enough said...

Only Sent 1/2 the Order
I ordered 2kg of beans and received only 1. I chased twice but still didn’t know when (or if) they are going to send the 2nd kg. Almost £40 for one kg would have been excessive.
Second kilo eventually arrived after a further two were despatched, the last one tracked. So, four kilos despatched in total and only the first kilo and the tracked one arrived.
They need to improve informing customer of the situation as I was not updated about despatch after the first contact and was left waiting again. I gave a very poor review before because of that lack of information.

Listen up, please!
I have only just come across this company and I have nothing but superb words to say about them. Their decaffeinated coffee is second to none and they really know their stuff and how to produce it and sell it. Lots of decaffeinated coffee as many of us know, is not that great, but this stuff really is. Rich and full-bodied and great taste. I wholeheartedly recommend it and that you should try some out for yourself.
