The wonderful Narelle has a way of sharing her experience with real warmth and clarity. The information shared this weekend has given direction and confidence in my real estate journey.

I have been a member since 2007 and still keep on learning. I have implemented the learning over the past few years and benefited greatly. Anyone wanting to enhance their property journey needs to look at this organisation and its group of students.

Spent a very informative weekend online learning about all things small scale residential developments, from setting up legal structures, finding a suitable site, designing, building and selling the properties. I feel confident about moving into the development space.

Such a clear and precise format outlining how to execute a development from scratch enabling even a novice to take on this type of project! Great presentation with many opportunities to work with other participants so leaning could be consolidated!

I couldn't attend all, but the one session that I found super helpful was 'How to value a DA property', which is effectively a partial reverse feaso.

I have just done the Property Development Secrets 2 day seminar and found the information both informative and fascinating. Although I’ve done a few small ones already I still made some mistakes so after this course I won’t make any news ones.
