Outstanding on line company
There are so many reasons why I have purchsed several annuities from Immediate Annuities.
Customer service is outstanding. I never had to deal with automated prompts to ask my questions. When you call, a representative answers the call. All representatives have knowledge of the process for purhasing an annuity and guide you every step of the way. The process is electronic from start to finish which makes it so much easier in today's fast pace world. The website is updated daily with the most accurate rates as well as ratings for each insurance company.
They follow up to be sure you receive your contract and if you have any additional questions.
A++++ Company. I won't purchase annuities anywhere else.

We purchased a number of MYGA contracts with as many insurance companies through Immediate Annuities. The whole process was easy and every person we had contact with was helpful and pleasant to deal with. We are planning to purchase a couple more contracts before the end of the year.

I purchased 2 annuities through immediate annuities. The online quote experience was the best: accurate, clear about all options. It made it very easy for me plan properly. Application process was simple and straightforward. Also, you get what was indicated in the original quote and any discrepancies are clearly explained. They handle all the paperwork. I did a lot of research before applying. I can confidently say that this is the best, most honest company to deal with and their process is easy and transparent from the beginning to end. I recommend anyone looking into annuities, don’t go anywhere else, go with Immediate Annuities, you won’t regret.

I was totally satisfied with the assistance I received in applying for two separate annuities, on two separate occasions. They are very helpful and informative about your selection in the annuity that fits your needs. There are no hidden fees and they are very open in informing you with regard to the commission fee they receive. Anytime you called the person answering the call could answer any questions you may have.

I worked with a competitor in the past, but they procrastinated on the documentation and I lost my rate. Your company was very quick to process the documentation, even though it was done by paper and by mail instead of electronically. I would give you 5 stars but you still haven't corrected the first name of my contingent beneficiary.

Very professional and easy to deal…
Very professional and easy to deal with! We've bought several annuities - Immediate Annuities kept track of previous applications so each subsequent annuity only took 5 min to complete!! Unlike some other companies where we had to complete the application from beginning to end even though we had also applied for multiple annuities.
