Amazing experience!
From start to finish these guys were amazing. From explaining the process to helping me fill out the forms, they were amazing. Before deciding to go with them I spoke to another major annuity broker who was not responsive or the least bit interested in my business. I can recommend these folks wholeheartedly.

Everyone on staff was incredibly helpful
Everyone on staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to help me through the process of converting savings into annuities.
I don't give ImmediateAnnuities perfect marks because their estimate for how quickly my funds could be converted into annuity distribution was too optimistic.
Other than that, this was a smooth and easy process due to their expertise and professionalism.

Unfortunately, when dealing with rollovers of qualified retirement plans and IRA transfers, it does depend on the transfer company's processing times which can delay the funding of the annuity premium. We do our best to guide you with the paperwork and procedure to initiate the rollovers with your plans, but to some degree, we are at the mercy of the administrators of your 401(k) for when the premium check is generated. We will be sure to be as upfront and open about these processing times as we can be and appreciate your understanding. Please let us know if there's any other way we may be of further assistance. Best Place to Purchase Your SPIA !!!
While doing a lot of research for setting up income streams in my retirement, I came across several references to Immediate Annuities. Recently ( December 2024) I just purchased my third and final annuity from them. Each one of my transactions with Immediate Annuities went seamlessly. Everybody I spoke with was extremely helpful and explained everything to my satisfaction. The contracts are super clear and the interface with the insurance companies went according to schedule. I was anxious to lock in a certain payout rate before the interest rates went down again and the gentleman I spoke with helped me to obtain that rate right before it inched down again. All in all, a 5 star experience !! I am more than pleased !

Financial Security in Retirement
For several years, I had been planning on using an annuity to help me achieve my financial goals while in retirement. I was easily able to use the Immediate Annuities website to illustrate many different scenarios to achieve my goals. I was able to do this without ANY sales pressure. When I made my final decision, I contacted them by phone to start the process. They answered all my questions without ANY sales pressure. Everything is in place now and I am set for retirement which includes financial security for my wife and child.

Immediate Annuities has the most comprehensive comparisons of high ranking insurance companies that I have found. The information includes credit ratings, which is very important. When I determined that it was time to use this information to purchase an annuity, the representative with whom I spoke (John), was very helpful. I never felt rushed or pressured into a decision. His follow up was excellent. I would highly recommend Immediate Annuities to anyone wanting to learn more about the various types of annuities and how they can provide additional income.

I just completed two annuities with Immediate Annuities. They truly have a no pressure sales approach. Very smooth and simple process from their end. The application process is very straightforward. All requirements clearly marked on an application that has many pieces of info prefilled after conversing with one of their friendly associates by phone. They provide prepaid FedEx envelopes for the proper destinations. I love how you can use their website to compare quotes to get the best rates from the most trusted insurance companies. Ariel and I stayed in constant contact over the course of several weeks as I had an alternative investment situation from the company I retired from. Had multiple issues and delays getting the funds sent to the brokerage. Once they were finally in the brokerage's possession, the transfer to the insurance company for the annuity was almost "immediate". 😂 Ariel, while not within his power to speed up the movement of the funds from my former employer to the brokerage, was in regular contact with me about the timing that would ensure the best outcome in terms of the rate lock. A frustrating experience with my former employer and the brokerage, but a very pleasant experience with Immediate Annuities. I don't foresee needing another annuity, but if I do choose to do so, I won't hesitate to use Immediate Annuities once again.
