I had a great experience with my coach Ethan. He was very knowledgeable with online fitness, how to coach, how to stay cool in frustrating situations. Ethan has a keen sense of his client's need and how to take them in the direction that is best for the client. With me personally he was very patient, noting I was learning from ground zero, no experience what so ever.

I didn't know anything about business, let alone knowing how to do an online business. Still lots to learn of course but I wouldn't be where I am without their guidance. The modules are great, logical step by step process that is thoughtfully laid out for you. Definitely saved years of my life trying to figure this out on my own.

Wish the community of people(other students) were more open for collaboration but that was probably just the luck of the draw.

Most of the real customization and deeper learning comes from the calls with IFCA coaches. This is where you can ask questions if your stuck, don't know what to do, feeling overwhelmed etc. Always came away from those calls with a better understanding of what I should be doing next without worrying about future xyz.

ICA has given me the tools and framework to build a business and establish a presence online. The program is incredibly helpful in guiding you through every step of the process. ICA lays out a clear path and gives you everything you need to move forward with confidence. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to grow, and walks you through the steps to become successful in a way that feels structured yet personal.

Robbie in particular has been a great coach. What I love about him is that he challenges you to think outside the box and find your own unique way to stand out. He’s great at guiding you, but also at helping you solve challenges independently, so you can truly succeed in your own business.

Since joining about 5 months ago, my social media following has doubled and I have more leads than I know what to do with (before I had none for months at a time).

The gem of this program has been the systems I’ve learned. My onboarding process looks VERY professional, even though the online side of my business is new.

I’ve also learned how to track data & leads, reduce the number of messages it takes me to convert DMs into calls by more than half, and find many other time-saving strategies.

I advocated for a 10 client guarantee & I’m grateful I did. The first coach I had wasn’t very attentive, so I requested a new coach about 3 months in. That’s when things really started popping off. He’s tremendously helpful and really takes the time to personalize my goal path.

I haven’t met my 10 client goal yet, but I’ve gotten more leads in the last month than I’ve had in the last two years of trying on my own (and I do mean that literally).

I honestly don’t even know where to start…

I came into this not fully knowing what to expect, just knowing I needed something different. I had the work ethic, I had the intention, but I didn’t have the direction or clarity to actually build something real.

I very apprehensively joined IFCA about a year ago and could not be happier with my decision to do so. I'd done one other online business mentorship program before this one and can tell you that IFCA blew them out of the water. The growth I had in the last year has surpassed my first two years in my online coaching business. As a 1-on-1 in person trainer for the last 10 years I can tell you that the jump was scary, but IFCA even helped with that. Now I'm able to see a very small book of in person clients and serve my online clients which has gotten me out of the burnout that was setting in. I feel like I was misled during my initial sales call. I was told that if I wasn’t making at least $15k/month, IFCA would have had to shut their doors down, which created a lot of pressure for me to join. Based on my experience, the reality of the program was very different.

After joining, my financial situation declined significantly. My client roster was cut in half, and I ended up in a position where I genuinely could not afford the payments anymore. Before signing, I was given the impression (including via a voice note) that I would be able to exit the contract if I was in a situation where I couldn’t pay. When that situation happened, I was unable to get the support or resolution I expected.

I made multiple attempts to get in contact with someone who could help, but I didn’t feel guided or supported through that process. Instead, the situation escalated in a way that added more stress during an already difficult time.

Overall, this experience had a serious negative impact on me financially and emotionally, and my mental health. I joined because I trusted what I was told, but based on my experience, it did not align with what was promised.

Working with Ethan as my 1:1 coach has been such a great experience. He’s incredibly personable and easy to talk to, but at the same time he leads with real expertise and data, which I really appreciate. He has a way of explaining things and framing challenges that pushes you to step outside your comfort zone and go further than you thought you could.

What I’ve appreciated most is the amount of support and resources he provides. It never feels like you’re left figuring things out on your own. The guidance, strategy, and tools he shares have played a huge role in helping me launch and grow my online business.
