By far the best real estate community I have been a part of! Chandler and the Level Up team actual care about their clients and the results clients see. Hey — honestly, Chandler puts on the best events ever. This was my first time attending, and the place was great. There was a casino in the lobby and the event meeting room was also there, which was super cool because we would all meet in the lobby and go play pickleball in the morning. It was fun.

There were also cool things to do nearby. We stayed close to Fremont Street in Las Vegas at the Grand Downtown Hotel. It was fun to do things outside, and being inside the event and the meetup, there were great people, lots of speakers, and plenty of networking. I really appreciated the whole experience.

We learned how people were doing seven figures and above with different marketing methods like agent outreach and direct-to-seller. Honestly, it was a wealth of information. Shawn Surani, who is 22 years old, was there — he’s one of the best. He’s making $4 million a year wholesaling real estate and $2 million a year flipping. He had a lot to say about our business when we asked questions, and I really appreciated that.

I think it was a great event and I would recommend it to anyone. If you’re part of the Level Up REI school group, there are recordings of past events that are phenomenal. I really recommend checking out an event, joining a skool group, or even joining the higher-tier Level Up program — it’s definitely worth the money. I could tell many people found value in the program, the connections, and the resources and materials provided.

Chandler, by the way, is super good at pickleball, and he definitely needs to be studied because he looks like a real-life G.I. Joe.

Levelup is a great real estate group, community, and program. In person events were very valuable.

If you are looking for a community that really cares about your success and results, this is it. This isn’t just a community that will help you scale your business, but it’s a community that truly cares.

I attended LevelUp Vegas in January 2026 and it was an outstanding experience. The speakers delivered real value and were truly open books. What stood out most was the culture. I’ve had a great experience with Level Up REI. This is a training program that offers all the high level information but more importantly gets down to the individual business level. My business is in a much better position since working with them and the trajectory is as strong as it’s ever been. I would highly recommend this program for anyone looking to improve and expand their real estate business. In particular I’ve worked one on one with Devan Carrol and he’s been tremendous. He’s met with me regularly, has me focused on the right things, brings a knowledge and experience level that is unmatched, has helped with every aspect of my business, and has even partnered with me on deals to see them through. There was one in particular that there’s no way I would have closed on my own. It was been a truly great experience so far.

Levelup changed my business drastically. My business lacked consistency.
