I completed my Level 7 Senior Strategic Leadership Qualification with Impact Futures. During the course I had no issues, all sessions were delivered virtually and my assessor was always on hand.
I completed all coursework and was given feedback and then finished with my End Point Assessment.
I was emailed to state that I had passed with Distinction which was great to hear. I received my End Point Assessment certificates via email, but I have never received my Level 7 Qualification certificate. This had been chased several times and I was assured this would be rectified, at first I was told they do not send certificates out, however, others on my course were sharing pictures on LinkedIn of their certificate, over a year on and I still don't have my certificate. I am so disappointed in this as I worked hard to gain the qualification and it feels like they don't care.

The company put fake/twisted job application on indeed, caused me and the company I met both shocked, as the job isn’t even real, the stuff Millie Olds spoke with me and confirmed the interview, turned out it’s a complete different role with tooo much lower salary. I guess this is how the agency can get benefit from to arrange such wasting time interview.

I’m also surprised this is a training company lol.

Had a great tutor who was very supportive and always ready to explain any issues

If only I had read the reviews first. Impact futures lost my maths and English certificate and told me I had to resit them.
I had four tutors and months between them calling me or setting work, meaning the course took far too long. Nearly a year on and I have never received the certification of my level 5 and now have to make a claim through the ombudsman. Really would avoid using them.

Appalling Service & Unacceptable Incompetence

This company has demonstrated severe inefficiency and a complete lack of professionalism. Despite completing my Level 3 Diploma in May 2024, I faced months of ignored emails and delays before finally receiving my certificate—only to find it issued with the wrong date due to their administrative failure. My English GCSE certificate remains missing, and their customer service has been dismissive, unresponsive, and utterly unhelpful.

Such gross mismanagement and disregard for learners is completely unacceptable. If you value reliability, accountability, and professionalism, do not trust this provider.

I gained a lot of knowledge and skills and this has instilled confidence in me as l execute my duties as a Support worker. The topics covered are all relevant to my work and my mentor was guiding me and motovating me throughout my studies.

Over the past few years I have experienced some personal difficulties and struggled to commit to my level three qualification. Mid-way through my qualification I was given a new assessor (Claire Hughes) Claire was absolutely amazing . Claire showed patience, encouragement and support and helped me get my qualification. My initial experience was not great, I had to wait some time for a tutor, then that tutor left and had to wait ages again for another tutor, (hence the 4 star rating) but then along came Anastasia. What a breath of fresh air. Anastasia was patient, persistent, supportive and guided me to complete my diploma. She was amazing and I am so grateful for her help.

Thank you to Ana for being so supportive throughout my qualification, she has gone above and beyond to give me all the support i need and has helped me achieve this in a timely manner.

My tutor Claire has been great in accommodating me and in understanding that I could not exactly tick all the boxes the way they were supposed to be ticked, because of my unusual working hours, and she always found a way to work around them so I could tick them my way and without her help, commitment and clever thinking, I am fairly sure I would not have been able to complete my Diploma as easily and as smoothly as I did. So thanks to her, truly.
I think of all the students she will help in the future, and I know they will appreciate her dedication to them as much as I did.

By the time I enrolled at Residential Childcare Company for myL3 Diploma,I was totally blank. I greatly appreciated the company for enrolling hardworking development coaches. I mean Angela Wood and Anastasia Law. I don't think I would finish my course without your efforts, support and encouragement you gave me, I learned a lot of things from
my tutors even though there's unexpected changes of development coaches. I greatly appreciate Anastasia Law you an outstanding coache.I noticed a great difference now and before enrollment, I'm now able to implement what I have learned to my job role without any hesitation.

My experience with the staff/team was seamless as they give all their support to help get the learning done considering others schedule.

I was initially far behind my level 3 diploma.
Claire guided me every step of the way and was very helpful. Assessment marking was very thorough and provided detailed feedback against the work I submitted.

My experience with impact futures was good! I was studying Residential Childcare and the course was very through. Claire was my assessor throughout the course, I was very pleased with her help and assistance. I have completed my course now and I'm sure I've learned valuable insights and theories to apply in my practice. I would recommend them definitely. Thank you Claire, much appreciated!

Absolutely pathetic service and communication

I was enrolled for a level 3 in care course and have just 2 months left. When I got in touch with my trainer, I was told that my trainer has changed. This is not something I expected when i have just got 2 months left and more than that, what's annoying is that they did not bother calling me or sending me an email.

The trainer can't even bother letting me know as well and no response to my emails.

'Rubbish'

The beginning of my Diploma course was a bittersweet experience for me at first, because of the scheduled time for classes which are usually on days that I'm on shift. This made me unable to fully participate in the sessions and almost discouraged me.
However, my development coach- Claire Hughes made the learning process easy for me and the journey a stress-free one, as she made out time to hold sessions with me out of her work-hour. Her flexibility and her passion towards my completion is a proof that the organisation is the best. She is just an amazing person.
My suggestion for the organisation is that if possible, the course duration could be reduced rather than having a whole year.

Great Company with dedicated staff that are ready to support and guide you to achieve success. Both my two coaches were great, committed and also respectful.
