Thieves in the making.. terrible company. Poorly run. Been trying to get my care certificate for 2 years now. They take peoples money and not give anything back. Say they will call me back but never heard anything til today from 2022

Great support with the work, timely feedback given and my Coach Anastasia was so supportive and motivating and I found myself completing in my expected completion time

i started my level 3 childcare diploma back in June 2022 the assessor i had at the time made no sense to me and it had a negative impact on me with this course. i finally got an assessor called Luke and we progress through to 80% then he left the company but he helped me so much and understood my weak spots during my course so did recorded sessions so i could go back on what we spoke about to help me progress.

i then waited another 1/2 months for my next assessor Claire and she was great and really pushed me through to complete my course if i didn't have Claire I definitely would of not completed my diploma but here i am completed my diploma in the end of August this year.

The course is a real challenge and you know the answers because you work in the environment of childcare and that will help.

I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience whilst doing my NVQ level 3 and all thanks to my development coach Anastasia Law.

Absolutely amazing!!! Through my developmental coach Anastasia l have gained a lot of knowlegde and experience regarding my work. The training was done in a more effective way of written assignments, one on one online and group presentation and work experience.

Just completed my level 3, Anastasia has been a great help and I'm so thankful to her for all of her support.

I have just completed my Level 3 in Residential Childcare. For the first 8 months of the course, my experience was quite negative. I began the course in September, but changed tutors 6 times in this time, with none of them getting in contact with me. This affected my motivation in doing the course and meant that I was not making progress.
Eventually, my tutor Anastasia took over. She has been great at motivating me and ensuring that we completed on time. She has been supportive and encouraging, and eventually my motivation to study was regained. I had confidence in her as a tutor and knew she was always on hand to support me. She has helped me complete the course ahead of schedule and worked with me to ensure that I was able to demonstrate my knowledge in a way that reflected my experiences and my understanding. Anastasia has been a great help and I'm so thankful to her for all of her support.

I have benefited from the Diploma, gained knowledge. It depends with the assessor you get. I changed the assessor along the way to a better one. We cover ground within a short space of time. Generally It embraces the idea of adult learning. The student does more with the guidance of an instructor.

My assessor was so helpful and helped me get through my Diploma, when I was struggling. She was brilliant and liaised with my manager to get me meetings which helped me massively!

Shocking company. The course was a joke, they did not teach at all or even guide. The tutors were bot interested and I had 4 in 18 months. They don't inform you when you are getting a new tutor and are rude if you ask anything about the lack of support.
Never received my certificate so in effect I have not gained anything. Terrible company, they should not be able to claim government money.

Impact Futures are a shady training provider, who don't care about the quality of 'training' they provide in my opinion. They'll do anything for that money, expect provide quality education. Do not waste your time, effort or money with these guys! I would be in a better position had I never enrolled on the course.

The onboarding was very efficient, and all the support I have received is to be commended. I would recommend Impact Futures without hesitation.

The first thing I would ask people to consider is why do Impact Futures not respond to reviews?

There a couple of things that people need to know before considering whether to work for this company, as they don't tell you until it is too late.

When you resign from the company they with-hold £500 from your final salary payment and make you responsible for returning the I.C.T. equipment (every other company I have worked for arranges pick-up and sends a courier label); you are not reimbursed the cost of returning the equipment.

The equipment is then checked and an amount of that £500 is used to repair any damage to the equipment (it seems not to occur to Impact Futures that the damage could have happened whilst in transit). You are informed of the amount that is to be withheld, but not the justification for the costing.

I just think people should be aware of this information, as I wasn't when I started working for the company.

My organisation had the misfortune of first hand "learner experience" with Impact Futures following a Transfer of Shared Ownership resulting in us acquiring several apprentices on the Associate Ambulance Practitioner (AAP) and Emergency Care Assistant (ECA) apprenticeships.

It became apparent very quickly that the students were neglected and not supported in their learning with common complaints relating to lack of contact and no courses/assignments being reviewed for months on end with many significantly beyond their completion date with no end in sight.

After raising our concerns, Impact Futures quickly withdrew their services citing financial and workforce implications but not without drawing down their share of the government levy whilst breaking their learner agreements with the students.

Several requests for information was dismissed and it quickly became clear that they are not adequately equipped to be a learning provider.

This has been escalated to the Education and Skills Funding Agency who are currently reviewing the information we have provided to support our concerns relating to claiming government funds without fulfilling their contractual obligations.

I would not recommend using this company at all, my experience of some of their ‘coaches’ have been atrocious, 3 of my staff felt unsupported and barely heard from these development coaches, my own coach was second to none, as a company they do not act proactively, they do not communicate more like excommunicate, I would urge other companies searching for apprentice providers to find another company, and research them and their historic successes
