The opportunity I've got is a great step in my career, and I'm truly thankful. Lily is such a lovely person. From the very start of my job-hunting, when she first contacted me with the details of a vacancy she thought suitable, right through to 2nd-interview stage, Kimberley Flint was the most amazing support. Regular communication, reassurance, guidance and advice from beginning to end. I simply could not fault her!

I had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Brooklyn as cooperative, understanding and Always willing to solve misunderstandings and investigate and correct any error in an unexpected situations.

Impressed with service provided by Nelly. From initial contact, she actually took the time to understand what I was looking for & the environment I would prefer to work in ensuring a good match for her end client.

On securing an interview, it was evident she had a clear understanding of her clients business needs, the way they like to work & the type of person that would fit in / experience level they required. This shared insight really paid off during my initial interview. Nelly keeping in contact pre & post interview and at 2nd interview stage was a great personal touch and much appreciated, as was the follow up at the end of the 1st week in my new role.
3 weeks in - loving my new job & a massive thank you to Nelly. Would highly recommend Impact Recruitment & the professional service provided.

It is an agency that puts employees first. Very sociable, always there to help you. I worked with Impact 2 years ago, but even after all this time, Richard Ingman found me a job very quickly based on my skills I warmly recommend Impact Recruitment.
