Magnus at Impact Recruitment literally sorted my life out after I was made redundant just before Christmas. He contacted me regarding a role that was Temp to Perm, was knowledgeable about the company and people, explained why he thought I'd be a good fit, was in for an interview the next day and offered the role there and then. Within a week I was offered the Job on a permanent basis and I'm so happy that I now see the redundancy as a blessing

Impact recruitment provide an excellent service for Managers seeking a new opportunity. My personal experience has been excellent from start of application to job offer, providing a good level of detail and ensuring any questions were followed up promptly.

Every one is caring and friendly. 2 people who always supported me was Aga and Dan. Even when there is not much shift Aga always make sure she keep in touch by messaging by her encouraging words. Urbn is a great place to work always protect staff and maintains a friendly atmosphere to work.
